The owner taunted me for missing ☝️ appointment in 6 years (between ownership/previous owner is in Rochester and remembered me~ Therese AMAZING) new owners would not allow me to book a next appointment after shaming me with clients present. My technician left within 2 weeks and moved to Tam Nails and she text me how awful her “then” employers were.

I usually love how they do my nails but today the lady that did my nails seemed in a rush so she didn’t check my nails or the shade I wanted. All of my nails aren’t even the same size.
