I went to this place to get a pedicure and I regret going there! The one lady that did my feet was rushing through it and everything she did was painful and I kept saying ouch, ouch!! The painting she did on my toes looked messy and I don’t think she cared! It too pricey to get a pedicure and not get it done right! I am highly disappointed and would never go there again! She was not gentle and couldn’t wait to get it done! Never in my life again. I don’t recommend this place at all. I wish I new the name of the lady. There were two there but it the lady that mostly does the nails and feet not the older lady! SMDH !!!! I wish I could even give it a zero

This is my first time visiting Nail Tech and I must say I really enjoyed the experience they were really quiet not a lot of loud shoptalk and my nails look really good only thing is one now it’s off a little slightly on my balance but I will go back the reasonably priced and it’s a nice atmosphere

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI’ve been a customer for a long time,I’ve seen nail tech come and go, most of the time I’m satisfied. Today I was getting a full set of acrylic nails and only wanted color acrylic on 4 nails and was told I had to get the whole set colored acrylic, so I declined and just got a regular set well anyway The technician started the service and forget a couple steps and when I told him he forgot to drill and prime my nails it lead to him causing a seen ( but they said I was in the wrong)I never raised my voice or anything, so the manager went and looked at the video and to his surprise I was in the right,but I was asked not to come back… like I was going to patronize your business EVER!!!! I just wanted him to apologize and take accountability!!! I started going to Nail Tech when I was 16 yrs old. Not on a consistent basis. When I needed a nail service they would be my place. Things used to be great! My mom was also a loyal customer. Things started great!! Didn’t end well I must say. My last 2 visits should have ended with dinner and bed time. First visit was for a full set overlay and pedi. Don is the only person there that was able to critique the specifics my nails required to last a full 2 weeks. Needless to say the visit for my balance required a wait time of 4 damn hours after working an 8 hr shift at work. As a mother this is no way acceptable!! My second balance came after I visited 2 times and was told the wait was worse than the previous. They have no regard for other ppls time. I returned for repairs the day after a balance and waited 2 hrs before I left angrily and not to ever return!! They lost me as a customer. Not a good place to go if you want someone specific to do your nails. You’ll be waiting a long time regardless of the service you want. They cant keep a decent staff at this place.

I contracted a terrible fungus on my nails! More then 80% of my fingernails had a green black fungus on them when I soaked them off. There is no way they’re cleaning their utensils let alone properly. It’s been 4 weeks since I soaked my nails off and found the issue and I’ve had to use anti- fungal and literally cut my nails downs to the nub to cut the fungus out. I have been so embarrassed with how my nails look.

But the second time i went I only got a pedicure for $65 when a pedicure was only $30 on their sign. I went back a 3rd time just because I liked the way things were done. Mistakes happen. But when I returned i was over charged by $10 and they told me it was $27 for gell polish. Be careful they they tell you one total and charge another.
