I don’t typically leave reviews but the service I received today deserves it! I’m writing this review from my car because I don’t want to forget to do it. I had my nails done at a different (very popular) salon 2 days ago. The nail tech pretty much did the opposite of everything I asked for, and completed a full set in only 20 minutes since he skipped several steps in the process. After refusing to fix it, and telling me all the reasons why what he did looks better than what I asked for would, I decided to just go somewhere else. Nail Tech was closest to me so I gave them a chance. Mari was amazing. I wish I had taken before pictures so you could see the difference. Not only do my nails look good, I was at ease and trusted that I would leave satisfied. She definitely earned my business and I will be back for sure!

So, this nail salon, was welcoming to the dogs. But, caused some issues. They brought a little boy and without ASKING started petting and trying to take pictures of my service animals. They got upset with the service animals when they wouldn’t look at the camera.

They did my nails good but I will not go back. One of the nail techs was having a conversation with a white customer about not wanting to be in the sun because she didn’t want to get dark. She continued to say how she wanted the “good skin” lighter skin complexion and how her son had the good skin and her daughter didn’t. It was uncomfortable to be there being African American and darker skin complexion of course. I guess I have bad skin because I’m Black…. Don’t recommend anyone going here.

Absolutely unprofessional, biased and they Vet. If I could give them Zero stars I would. I’m new in town and was referred to this location. Ive had issues but tried to give them another chance…. Today was it! Showed up at 2:30pm and was told it would be a long wait, 1-1.5 hrs. I ask for an appointment, they don’t take appointments, to come back. I ask what time and He says they close at 6:30 ( sign on the door says last customer taken 30 minutes before closing). I told him I would go eat and come back- he replied ok. I showed back up at 5:45 to be told they are closed. I was told this by the same guy who told me to come back and they close at 6:30. When I repeated to him what he told me previously and what is posted on their front door, he just repeated himself by saying “we are closed”. I’ve watched how they interact with me and how they interact with customers who don’t look like me( hint. Clue.) don’t waste your time and try some of the locally owned boutique & spa nail salons around town. They would be happy to have your business and treat you a whole lot better.

I arrived at 3:15pm on Sunday to get a pedicure and manicure. When they were done with pedicure it was 4:10pm. I then asked if I can get a full set instead and they said no because they were out of time. I asked them don’t you close at 4:30 they agreed but they said they didn’t have time. Not satisfied with this place since they still had nail techs. Very disappointed in their Customer service. I DO NOT recommend this place.
