I had my nails and toenails done 9 days ago. The lady was new and didn’t have a clue what she was doing . My gel dipped nails fell off after 7 days. We paid for the deluxe pedicure , there was no massing or special stuff etc. We went to this salon because I had been to a nail tech in Madison that was wonderful. We will not go back to this one!

I had a horrible experience the last time I went. Let me start by saying I paid $65 for the acrylics plus tipped $20, which I did because I assumed they would be much better than this. They told me it was fine to come in at around 6:30 to have an acrylic set done. I had to pay when he was less than halfway done because the store was closed and some employees were leaving. My nail tech was the older man with glasses. I asked for medium length stilettos. My nails are crooked, the shape is barely stiletto. The acrylic was applied in a way that looks bumpy. My cuticles were cut on three different fingers, one of which bled for several minutes. The colored base has gaps around my skin and looks as if I’ve already had these nails for several weeks. It’s embarrassing and I doubt I’ll be back to this salon after this.

The ladies did such a wonderful job. My feet were in desperate need and they took great care of them. Like most Salons there were 3 different pedicure packages. We did the delux and it’s very well worth it. This will be where we come to from now on!

I went to Nail Tech on a saturday when they were pretty busy me and my mom for her birthday. They did any awesome job, i think it the owner did mines and his wife did my mother’s. When we come back to vist we will definitely be back her. I love that they fact that they has sooo many colors to pick from. I had a hard time fine which color i wanted. Lol but overall they are great and good customer service! Would recommed to anyone.

I got shellac nails and was told it would be 20 dollars. The guy that did them cut me twice to the point another tech stopped me to ask if he’d cut me cause I was bleeding. He put antiseptic on it (something my nail guy didn’t do). I go to pay and was told it would be 40 dollars. I paid and left. When I looked at my nails he’d cracked one completely all the way through. Will not go back. Don’t recommend.

Disappointed. Asked if they could do dip on my nails. I was told no because they are closing. There was no one being worked on and no one waiting. I went in at 4:35pm & was aware they closed at 5:00pm but I didn’t ask for a full set and a pedicure.
