I’ve been here a couple of times within the last 2 years and the nails have never turned out the best but I figured I’d give them another try because it wasn’t too bad, they’re nice and they HAD good prices. I only get my nails done once or twice a year and this time I was getting my nails done because I had just gotten engaged. The guy that did my nails was very nice and I was greeted immediately as I walked in (the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars). On another note, he rushed on my acrylics which resulted in clumpy nails with smeared paint and he kept cutting me with his nail dremel in the same spot. I also got them done a WEEK ago and they’re already starting to pop off. When he went to do my French tips he painted them all sloppy then went back with a brush to clean the lines up and there’s smeared white paint under the French tips that he didn’t bother to clean up. AND on multiple fingers the lines are all crooked. I was charged $55 and I definitely don’t think I should’ve paid that. Not impressed.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey cut me twice. Once in my manicure and once on my pedicure. Then they blamed me for the first cut because I was talking to by friend at the time who was also getting their nails done. Funny how I’m able to talk at literally any other nail salon (talking is common in salons). I’d bet dollars to donuts that they thin out their polish to make it stretch because it was thin and watery. The gems aren’t lined up evenly or near the cuticle as pictured. I got frustrated and let her finish. The polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail. I’m just gonna start with saying I will never come back to this nail salon ever again. I went here to get my toes and nails done for prom. Worst mistake of my life. The second I saw how the man was doing my toes I decided not to get the acrylic nails that I wanted and stuck with getting regular gel nails. I thought that with the gel nails they would Atleast look good but no. He didn’t even file my nails, nor did he clean up the pain on my skin plus he was kinda rude to my boyfriend. We ended up paying $95 which to me was definitely not worth it. I got my toes done, he messed up on the paint and tried to fix it with clear paint and it didn’t work but he decided that he wasn’t going to fix it although that didn’t work. My gel nails wasn’t even cute they were a mess. I ended up going to prom with messy nails. I will definitely not come back to this place.

I have never had such a sloppy polishing job in my life. I could have done better if I was blindfolded. I had been there years before and was happy with their work. Would not go again if they were the only shop in town.
