Very satisfied. I just had my gel mani and gel pedi done. $65. I think it’s reasonable price for the service I had. The girl who did my nails was so nice and paid attention to every detail. Will come back for sure.

Ok so I love Nancy and my mom really likes the owner ( the guy). But I went back to get a fix on 2 nails I only had been there a week prior , Kimberly did my nails and at first she was funny …. But somewhere along the line she started to rush me and even told me how to sit !? Like that’s just rude . She charged me $20 for a 2 nail fix and fresh up cuticles, I paid and wrote $25. 00 as total , she scrunched her face up and rolled her eyes because I didn’t put the 5 on the tip line I just wrote the total as $ 25. 00 anyway I saw her rude face expression and asked if she would like me to fix it and she said “no it’s just there is a tip line and a total line and you just wrote the total but no it’s fine it’s fine you don’t need to fix “. She even commented on how big my son was because she asked if this was my baby and I replied yes , her remark then was “ oh big baby” so yes I didn’t feel happy and pretty when I walked out I was embarrassed , there were other customers sitting very close and I just didn’t feel good/right ! My first visit was well , I should have asked for Nancy. But when will I learn to go with my gut instinct. I don’t like being criticized on how I want to sit or move by my nail tech if it doesn’t effect your work . Also commenting on my sons size , little do you know he has a complex about ! You should really think before you speak Kimberly ….. and I tipped you only because I worked for tips basically my whole life because you do NOT deserve any tip from ME ! Thank you for your services! Sometimes it’s not always about how much you can get out of a client but how happy you can make them feel ! I’ve only been here twice. The first time was great and fast. The second time I go for a fill in. My nails are fine they just grew out. The guy starts trying to show me my nails are loose (because some of my real nails weren’t connected to the fake nail underneath) I told him that I saw what he saying, but my nails weren’t loose so they didnt need to be popped off. He then starts popping off my nails. I asked him why he said they had fungus, I told him that my nails didnt have fungus they were that color because I just died my hair black. He continues to pop off my nails but he’s STRUGGLING to get my nails off because they were NOT loose. (Imagine you getting g a full set and then someone trying to pop them off right after.) I asked him how much it would be and he said he would charge me for a full set while continuing to pop off my nails. One was particularly hard to come off and get kept jamming a fake nail between my nail and the gel that wasnt loose and I fi ally told him to stop because I told him it hurt and he kept trying to force it off. I told him I would just pay him for taking my nails off and got up and walked to the register. Everyone else was watching all of this and no one, including the owner or manager, even asked what was going on. This was the most ridiculous experience. They obviously did not care what my issues were and went on with business as usual. Now I have ugly sore nails.

Great Service! The prices are very reasonable for the area. They will do just about anything you request. The technicians are always friendly. The place is always clean. It’s the best nail salon in Salisbury.

Worse service ever ! Trash job! Tried to charge me $28 for coffin nails because i wanted them long. But coffin nails are long anyway! Why isnt there a standard price for coffin nails. The price wasnt the problem. The problem came when i told him instead of the $28 dollars how does the $23 length look ( he said that $23 was the standard for coffin nails but if i wanted them longer then it would be $28) he cut my nails to the $23 length and they looked like french tip nails!!!!! I was pissed. Then he notices they were too short but started arguing with me about it and ask they lady next to us “were my nails too short for coffin nails?” And the lady said YES! Even his own customer said so. And he tried to kick me out with half done nails. Never again will i come here. This is my third time at this shop and i come from LA for Business and spend well and tip well here. Smh his service was disgusting and disrespectful. Do not go here

Everytime I move I dread the process of having to find a new nail and eyebrow person. I came here and was pleased my very first time. If you’re a germ-a-phobe you’ll appreciate this place. I’m only giving 4 stars because if you come at the wrong time you will be waiting FOREVER, but that’s just a testament to how much business they have and how many loyal customers are willing to wait for their service. I highly recommend!
