Cut my fingers so bad that I couldn’t use them or even put them in water for about a day due to the stinging. My fingers are swollen due to the cuts, glue was stuck to my fingers and I had to peel it off afterwards, nails were uneven and had to re-file at home, asked for long got short, didn’t put a towel down for my hands to rest on during service (not sanitary) sweet child playing Tik Toks loud the entire time in the front of store. People are nice although the pain and outcome of the nails was not worth going. Wanted to treat myself and instead left in pain.

What a difference from a few years ago. Shop and staff are alot nicer than in the past. Reasonable prices for fill/gel and pedicure. The pedicure area is segmented away from the other part of the shop and relaxing. Nice color selection. You can leave a tip using Venmo – loved that. Will definitely return.

This is a very clean nail spa. I love Annie. She always takes the time to do it right, and most off all she is very clean. Everyone in there is nice though, ya can’t go wrong. Annie’s always been accommodating. I get off late sometimes and she stays for me. Most people don’t care they wanna go home. Best nail spa ever

I went to Nail Tech today to get a mani/pedi. My technician was amazing. Very thorough and extremely nice. My friends recommended Nail Tech and told me it was a hidden gem and I agree. There are three primary technicians. Van, Linda and Ann. My friends have used all three and Van was my tech today. You may want to call ahead and make a reservation because they are starting to get quite a following.

I recently went back to Nail Tech to give them one last chance. I was told by the owner (presumably) that they knew how to take off powder polish. The technician buffed the top coat, and then pried off every bit of polish. I tried to discuss it with her but she didn’t respond. Perhaps she didn’t understand English but she could have had the courtesy to tell me that and get someone who could answer me. Instead she just went on with what she was doing and talked to a nearby coworker, as if she couldn’t hear me. She did a lousy job of trimming after the polish was off. She obviously couldn’t get me out of there quickly enough, and I was glad to leave. I checked afterwards and have found out that this was absolutely not the proper way to take off powder polish.
