I have been going to Nail Tech to get my nails done for nearly a year and leave very happy everytime. The technicians are very friendly and happy. The price is very reasonable. I have never had a bad experience although I do suggest going in the evenings or early on the weekends when they aren’t as busy. They even give you a massage. I had a refill with gel and a cat’s eye design and it was 35.00. There are a lot of nail salons in the area but I haven’t found one that I like more than this one. Try this salon, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been going here for years including getting my wedding manicure and pedicure and they always do a great job! I’ve never left a review for them before but I got my eyebrows done with them today and Cindy did such an amazing job that I had to leave a review. I was very hesitant to get my eyebrows waxed here because a nail salon messed up my eyebrows before, but Cindy handled them with care and again she just did such an amazing job! Thanks, Cindy.

If i could put a 0 star i would. My nails look absolutely horrible. I went and got a full set for Christmas pictures coming up. Very rushed, crooked & when i asked to have them fixed kept doing alittle bit and then asking if it was good till i finally just gave in and said whatever it’s fine. ( i also work doing dirty work right now so my nails are dirty underneath and around my nail ) she didn’t even try to clean them at the least bit or even MENTION that to get my cuticles done it was an extra $5 which i would’ve paid for had i known. Plus on top of it all i just got them done and she didn’t even take the acrylic all the way down hence why it looks like my nails miraculously grew within 5 mins( aka looks like im gonna need a refill in a couple days ). Worst experience I’ve ever had 10/10 DO NOT RECOMEND.

Where do i start. Rude, ala carte, your charged for every single details. The techs are not license and mediocre at best. My eyebrows are always crooked. THe pedicure is a joke! Your foot is place in water, so added solution (at cost) Just hard water nailed file crooked and if you ask to scrub the bottom for a callous $5 dolla xtra. Everything $5.00 extra and there work is poor. If you don’t tip, you get harsh looks and the bilingual curse out. They painted my toemails as if it were done from my grands. The only thing is – its close to home. Oh they do not offer eyelash services. I don’t recommend for anything fancy, very very basic. I have to ask them to sterilize their equipment every time. So unsanitary.

Rude. Try to tell you how to do your nails. Not offer opinions but when you say you want short nails they tell you that short nails is too short? I work in healthcare I am not allowed to have long nails. Who the f says that to a customer? “This too short” no, it’s normal and the way I want it. It’s my nails and I am paying for them I should have them the way I want. Also, they are way too pushy with using their atm machine for payments and I don’t like to. I usually will pay with card and tip with cash. They don’t like that. They do not have many dip powder options, they don’t know how to do many designs or anything really beautiful. It’s just plain. Can’t speak for any other services as I have not had anything else done but diannas in croydon Is a lot better and There is another one in croydon that’s better too. I only go here because it’s close. I don’t think I will anymore tho. They also talk about the customers negatively as I can understand…

Very good Spa Pedicure with hot rocks and 15 minute massage. Technician even gave me a neck and shoulders massage when finished. A great way to spend an hour before a busy weekend. If you need a little relaxation and spoiling, drop in to Nail Tech in Bristol.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI honestly wish I didn’t have to write this but if it saves someone I’m happy to ! Me and my bf went to get pedicures and we got really rushed Into the chair. I received my service by a woman who looked like she didn’t know what she was doing kept looking over to the lady next to her for the next steps. She cut my toe nails with a DIRTY nail cutter bc I didn’t see nothing but a rag she was wiping it with ! Everyone was cleaning up and turning things off while we are still in the chair. I didn’t see them clean ANY THING before they left. A day later my big toe begins to hurt it turns out I had an INFECTION ! had to go to the doctors to get it fixed .
