When I say totally awesome…the treatment I received here was absolutely amazing. The nail tech Ms. Lynn is the best I’ve ever had at any nail salon. Ms Lynn is so sweet and gentle, and gave me exceptional service. My feet, legs, back and hands feel fabulous. I will definitely be returning to Nail Talk & Tan when I’m in the area.

This place is awesome! I’m traveling for work and after a long day I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I googled the closest nail salon to me and this shop popped up. And am I glad it it! I had such a wonder experience. Let me start of by saying I NEVER get pedicures, usually just a polish change so a pedicure was much needed. The pedicure started off pretty standard for a pedicure.Pick your type of pedicure, Pick your color, put your feet in the water, cut toenails and ingrown nails, but what made this place above any place I’ve ever been to was what happened while my feet were wrapped in warm towels. I was given a head massage then was told to lean forward for a back massage! It was AMAZING! Took this pedicure to another level.The salon is clean and has soooo many colors to choose from which I love! My nail tech was so good I should have gotten her name. I will say the next time I’m in area for work this will be a regular pit stop.

I was reading reviews about this place since I’m in town for a short period of time. I said let me go and see. I’m glad I did. The staff was so nice and pulled out all the stops. For a Monday morning they were quite busy and I’m glad I arrived around 10am. I chose the spa pedicure. AMAZING!! “Koko” was my nail tech and she was amazing. Took her time and was very engaging. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything. I would definitely recommend this salon. They played amazing music and the atmosphere was very professional and customer orientated. I was also offended a glass of wine which I didn’t say no to. Hey it’s happy hour somewhere!

Note that they try to upsell you on pedicures. She handed me a menu with “upgraded pedicures,” and at first it seemed like those were the only options. I just told her I wanted a regular pedicure, and she was understanding and didn’t pressure me to do any more. Great service! Reasonably priced. Felt clean. I will definitely go back!

By far worst experience its a hit or miss depending upon who is servicing you. I don’t like complaining but, I will just write a review from my service tonight. All I wanted was a regular pedicure & nail soak off. A soak off which typically more work more time but only $10. Today I was charged $15 for a “take off” when all my nails were snatched off with a nail clipper, and unevenly filed afterwards. Simple service might’ve been no big deal to her or other customers but, customer service is everything not everyone likes a quick and fast job done on them especially when dealing with sensitive areas such as nail beds. Then I specifically tell the lady I just want the basic pedicure for $34 nothing else added really I just want a color change but just get pedicures for the relaxation plus I get gel so its just nicer with the pedicure, she ask me about my calluses? I said you can not thinking I’d be charge for something I have always had included in my pedicure no matter where I go but she did nothing out of the norm but, I was charge $5 for callus remover yet the few spots still look and feel the same as always , I am assuming she wanted me to get the upgraded pedicure I declined her offer but she still was going to find a way to charge me extra for something extra. I don’t like leaving not speaking up but I am always trying to be respectful and nice when getting serviced but, this is my main reason why I dislike going to nail salons for my full sets or even for nail removal and I am so hesitant about where I go for services on my feet I am still young if I don’t want all the extra services I shouldn’t at check out feel swindled out of money. I don’t mind tips but, when people who are servicing you find ways to just tax on your bill its not right that’s what tips are for. I didn’t complain about paying at the time of checkout but, its just the principle for me in writing this review I will never be returning.

I’ve come here a few times before, but never had such an awful experience as I did this time. I brought my 15 year old sister in law who gets her nails done every weekend, and they made each and every one of her nails bleed while putting on acrylics. Not to mention she wanted a share shape and her nails now have a crazy curve, and then the nail tech proceeded to argue back and forth…with a 15 year old…and so I stepped in, explaining what she wanted different, and he kept speaking over me. We showed him the design at the begging and he began adding her acrylic nails, and didn’t mention that The design wouldn’t work until after the nails and SNS powder were on. We haven’t even left yet – we just finished arguing once more about him not wanting to do the design- but I can see how disappointed my sister in law is. Oh, and he also kept telling me it will be too expensive but wouldn’t tell me a price…? Never again. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone going forward. Straight up rude, and it’s rare that I post reviews. Especially like this.
