By far the worst nail salon I have ever been too. I gave them multiple chances due to them being so close to my house and every time was a terrible experience. Doesn’t matter if you get acrylic nails or shellac polish expect it to come off your nails in less then a week. Product used is both old and cheap, while their nail techs are in serious need of retraining. Please believe the other reviews these people could care less about customer service and integrity of their work. Save your money and find a place that values their customers.

Critical: QualityBelieve the reviews!! Stopped off at this place on a Friday morning after a Home Goods trip (call me basic) against my better judgement bc it was so convenient. Pedicure was great, done quickly which was what I asked. Manicure however was unbelievably bad. I wasn’t paying attention and when I saw the final results I had to do a double take. Could not believe a professional nail salon produced these results. Nails were legitimately jagged in how they were shaped. Polish was uneven. Tip of the nails were not painted. Was truly mind blowing. Check out the pics if you need proof. Pls avoid this place and take your business elsewhereBelieve the reviews!! I have given this place 2 chances but will not return. During the last time I asked for a pedicure and to have all the gel removed from my nail. All I got was the nail polish being removed with a foot scrub. I came home the shape was terrible and the acrylic was left on my toes. How am I supposed to remove that myself? When I took a shower and touched my heels its felt the same as before. Normally when I get a pedicure it feels supersoft. I noticed the lady didnt use the professional machine to take off the dead skin when I asked she said I dont have any. Clearly I do. For all this paying over $50. And now I have to pay another 50 to have someone actually do a proper pedicure. I also got infill on my hands but wasnt happy with the results. I told the receptionist I wasnt happy after the first time and Im very particular I want the best person to get my nail done. While she was lovely her hands were shaking when painting my nail. She applied way too much coat and my nails look super thick. I asked for a french manicure based on a photo my nails looked nothing like the picture. She was clearly struggling to figure it out how to make it which is not a problem if she is still learning but I would have rather appreciated honesty and I would have chosen a simple colour. I left paying almost $90 and I wasnt happy at all. I do not recommend this place at all, dont waste your money there.

This is the best pedicure I ever had. I went now about 6 times and every time Amanda is doing an outstanding job. Super friendly. Very gentle. Great massage. Good looking pedicure that lasts a long time. My wife goes here as well and she’s very happy as well.

Wish I would’ve read these reviews before going here. Went today to get a full set and the girl kept burning my fingers with the drill. She had a bad attitude and was rude. Someone else had to finish my nails because I refused to let her keep burning my fingers. Vicky finished my nails and she didn’t burn my fingers. I made sure to tip her because she was nice and finished my nails. I hate the shape of my nails and they don’t look like the picture I showed the first girl. It wasn’t Vicky’s fault because the girl didn’t give me the right shape nail to begin with. I will never go here again. And if you’re not happy with your job and have an attitude stay home!

Today was my third time coming to this nail salon and it was my last time coming to this location. The first time I got my nails done here, I loved it. Had great service and I left a nice $10 on my nails because I was very satisfied. I decided to come here again on Monday ( 9/18) for a sns manicure and a regular pedicure. This time, the service was not to great. I was sat down in a pedicure chair with my feet in warm water for 15 minutes waiting for someone to do my pedicure. No foot soak. No bubbles. No type of communication. Im just sitting there. I got irritated and left due to the lack of customer service. Fast forward to today ( 9/21) I go back and give them another chance since I really liked how I was treated my first time going there. Still wanted the same thing, a sns manicure and a regular pedicure. Things are going well, I picked out my colors (black and white ombre on my nails and black polish on my toe nails). The nail tech insisted I do a black and glitter ombre as opposed to the black and white ombre I asked for. I obliged. I like glitter, no biggie. I asked the woman who was doing my toes if I could get a checkered pattern on my big toe and she said yes. I notice she painted my big toe all one color and asked her about it again and she said she forgot but she will do it. She puts the top coat on and leaves. Im thinking she went to go grab the materials to do the checkered pattern but no. I glance over and I see that she’s doing a manicure for someone else. I asked Vinny about it and he said that she said she doesn’t know how to do that and that she asked someone else to do it. None of this was communicated with me. A woman comes over to do the said design and she has absolutely no idea what a checkered pattern is. I google an image and show her and she says she doesn’t know how to do that. I honestly didn’t think painting lines and filling them in could be THAT hard. Ive had entire faces painted on my nails before but whatever. I tell her to just do a simple white line on the top. The lines are crooked and aren’t even on both toes. I let this go because summer is ending and I won’t be having my feet out much anyway. At the end of it all, I heard Vinny (the man who was doing my nails) say it would e $60 all together, $35 for my nails and $25 for my feet. I had no problem with paying this. When I approached the front to pay, the woman told me it would be $77. $77?! I had no idea where this number came from. Vinny then comes up and gives me all these excuses. He charged extra because my nails are long, although last time I wasn’t charged extra and my nails are the same length. Then he said it was extra because they had to take the gel off. Again, I wasn’t charged extra last time. Then he finally says the ombre is an extra $15. Now, usually when you go somewhere and you ask for something “extra” they let you know it’ll be an additional charge. This was never communicated with me. If that were the case I wouldn’t have gotten the ombre. Now Vinny and I are sitting up here going back and forth. Im telling him Im willing to pay $60 for the service but not the $77 he’s asking for simply because I wasn’t informed that painting half of my nail would be an extra $15. To make matters worse, last time I got my nails done here, I got the chrome nails. When I told the woman thats what I wanted, she informed me it would be an extra $5 and I said okay. Vinny then says he’ll take a few dollars off for the confusion. He kept trying to give me “discounts” for a mistake he made. We went back and forth for about 20 minutes, he’s threatening to call the police and Im more than happy to explain to them the problem. Security comes and ask whats going on, I tell him. He asked Vinny if he told me at the end that it would be an extra $15 and he said yes. I then offered again to pay $60 for the service, take the color off and do my nails one solid color or I leave. I ended up paying $60 and being told to never come back. They have horrible customer service and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

Critical: Quality, ValueI don’t normally go to this salon, but it was neat the pharmacy and I happened to be waiting on a prescription so I stopped in. All I needed was a fill-in with French tips. Simple right? Apparently not. The greeting I received on Walk-in was lackluster and it was downhill from there. The young lady who did my nails was nice enough, but the quality of service was not up to par. The acrylic was cloudy/gritty, and ithe cloudiness showed through the pink polish. The shape of the nails are not even or uniform. What’s more alarming is that the woman In assuming is the manager clearly saw the state of the nails when I was checking out and didn’t offer a remedy or care in the world. Even after that I will tipped which means I paid $50 for a fill-in that I have to go home and fix. Do NOT go here.Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicuresI don’t normally go to this salon, but it was neat the pharmacy and I happened to be waiting on a prescription so I stopped in. Yesterday was my first and last time visiting this location. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the lady who greeted me tried to upsell me three times after I told her what I wanted. Initially I wanted Ombré pink and white coffin shape nails. Until I was told it would be $60. So I settled for SNS plain with coffin shape and was told that would be $35. After getting my nails done I was told it would be $50 total. $5 additional each for coffin shape, tip and sns removal. I felt really disrespected but paid anyway and left no tip…which is something I never do, but I figured they could find the tip out of the extra $15 they charged me behind my back. I did not appreciate the lack of transparency and the price gouging. I will not return NOR will I recommend this place to anyone. I had a horrible experience and my nails are extremely thin.
