I’ve never had nails this horrendous in my life! I waited approximately forty minutes to be serviced for my nails. I asked for a French tip nail. The technician who did my nails was very rude and callous. She continuously shoved my hands around and moved them in a very rude and impudent way. She kept swatting my fingers down with her hands and made unnecessary motions and jerks all throughout the service.

I usually get really good service, but lately it’s been reallllllllll annoying. I’ve been coming here for about a year or two and i deal with the same 2 people every single time. If you’re late for your appt, you get skipped. If you’re on time for an appt, you wait an additional 30-40 mins until the nail tech that you scheduled with is available. I came early for my appt today and was going to settle for another man to do my nails, because my nail tech was a little busy. He asked me did i remember what color i previously had, i said no. He then proceeded to tell me that i should/need to know what color number i had. WHO ON EARTH WOULD REMEMBER THEIR COLOR NUMBER? Where are the color options that display the numbers. There’s a much easier solution to this problem lol. I grabbed my things and left. I called back to speak to my nail tech Mya at my original appt time (7pm) and she still tried to put me off to someone else AGAIN. She told me she still was busy doing her previous client. I asked how long and she replied 7:30. I repeated the time to confirm and she hung up on me. I arrive at 7:27 and she’s walking out of the door. I asked her why did she tell me 7:30, and she waved at the door and told me that other options were inside. I did not make an appt with another nail tech. That is the purpose of an APPT! This is not just one occasion where things have not went as planned, but it’s really getting old. Now I’m leaving with 3 broken nails after less than a week of wear. This will be my second time getting them fixed. This is extremely annoying. I will no longer patronize bad business.

My husband and I have been clients for about three years. He loves the way he is treated, and have never been hurt when his nails are clipped. He and I simple love the quality and detailed work every time we receive from Arly, Yasmin and in general from all the staff in the salon. I also have went with my daughter for those “mom and daughter quality time scapes” and have great time with the personnel while we get our mani-pedi’s done together! My nails are not strong and they are so careful when working on my hands. Never have had any issues. The place count with good professionals who know very well their job, being also friendly and el always respectful. Prices are reasonable and aligned in market standards. Never been hurt nor having one bad experience. For sure, we will keep driving to get the services they rendered as I have not find the same quality on the places nearby my address… even when currently gas prices are not cheap, the driving still is worthy!

It is Thursday morning, I received this gel manicure Tuesday evening. Not only have my nails chipped, both my nail beds and top of my nails are rugged. This place is walking distance for home, so I was very excited to have a nail shop in close proximity, however I would rather go somewhere else. Additionally, when I asked the woman to clean up the polish around my cuticle, she looked at me confused like her work was flawless. Overall, I am very unsatisfied.

I drive 35 min just to get my nails done at this place. The girls are fantastic, friendly and very professional. It is very relaxing and great to get my mani and pedi with them, the driving is so worth it – I’ve taken also my girlfriends and even my parents there. They all Love going there! Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueNEVER AGAIN. I usually only go to this salon for pedicures because every time I get a manicure/full set they do a terrible job. And today was no different. I went in and asked for a simple French manicure and they gave me the most HIDEOUS manicure I’ve ever had the displeasure of paying for! Not only are these Not French tip designs, but the shape of the nails and the application is just awful. How do you ruin a French manicure???? I love going here! Most times it’s once every 4 weeks, though they may have grown out (it’s hard to tell I get a very light pink to match my nail bed) they are always secure and I like that they are thin and not to thick and bulky!

Y’all take a look at this mess. It’s already stressful when a person move and then have to find that right nail salon, beauty salon gym etc. so long story short. My daughter and I went to get our nails done here and something told me to leave because I saw an upset customer leave when we arrived and the vibe was all off. But I stayed anyway because I really needed my nails done. I asked for a certain type of tip and even had the picture to show them. This lady pressured me to get acrylic nails (which I hate) but maybe that’s what she specialized in. Then they didn’t have the color I wanted. She was polite but she did not cut my nails, shape them or nth the way that I needed her to. The pedicure was way better than the nail tech on my hands.
