I loved everything! Workers where very nice! Went to get a repair of my old nails bc it was urgent to get them done and especially since it was a Sunday! I loved the service, the lady was very nice but ngl it was a bit pricy. You can see the before and after of my nails

Horrible experience the ppl are very nice but aren’t trained at all! My nails looked hideous! I had to fix them at home myself!

I’ve been coming here for 10 years, always tipping 20 percent or more on pedicures and/or gel manicures. They have not once taken the time to learn my name, and are consistently rude. I realized today that there are too many customer friendly businesses to support this place anymore. John in particular is rude—enough for me not to return. There is a shop at Ansley Mall that I’ll go to going forward.

Even though we are in a pandemic and a lot of businesses have lacked customer service, nail talk is not one of them. Awesome service from beginning to end. True, they are renovating the interior but the level of attention is beyond compare. Been a customer for over 3 years and will always comeback!!

Clean and efficient nail spa in midtown that doesn’t have the stench common to such places. The staff is workmanlike with their service and have massage chairs to help enhance the experience. Parking is free in the attached covered garage.

BEST PEDICURE IN ATL!!!! ASK FOR BEE!! I will no longer be going to my original nail shop. Nail Talk has won me over. The shop is clean, tranquil and relaxing. From the moment walked in I was treated so kindly. The shoulder Massage was on point. Can’t wait to go back.

I regularly come to this location, and most of the time it’s a pleasant experience. Today, I had this very sweet young girl who didn’t speak much English. She’s truly so sweet and kind, but unfortunately pain staking slow. I got a gel mani/pedi and my pedi finished in maybe half an hour. While I tried my best to patient and kind, I could not wait any longer. 2 Hours on the dot* I had to leave. She had spent 2 hours working on just the manicure, slowly. I asked her to use the dremel and soften the corners, but there wasn’t a good understanding. I asked to leave and still have to file my nail’s sides and tops at home because 2 hours in I just couldn’t keep waiting, and the manicure currently does not look clean When I checked out they charged me the usual $78, and I left a 20% tip. It’s so so upsetting, and while trying not to throw her under the bus, I spoke softly to the manager that she had worked on me for 2 HOURS and that’s not typical. Not only that but I was paying for an unfinished manicure. I do hope she gets a little more practice and can continue getting better, and I hope that she just gets a little faster. BUT with that sort of service there should be a discount of some kind or an offer in the future. I’m so upset at how they handled things. I just don’t know if it’s worth returning again. I’ve attended this shop so frequently, nearly over a year, and that’s how they treat ongoing clients.

I confirmed 2 times when I sat down that I didn’t want tips and even asked if my nails were long enough for the ombré I requested and the person who seated me said yes. When the technician came over to do my nails I confirmed ombré and the shape I wanted. She then said she was going to cut my nails. In my head I’m thinking my nails are already a bit short but I trust that she knows what she’s doing. She stops to make a phone call and then proceeds to pull out tips and glue. I say again that I don’t want tips by now she has cut my nails far too short for ombré or even any kind of decent shape. She then begins to berate me about how I should have known what I was doing and stopped her when she said she was going to cut my nails. I told her that I didn’t want to argue about what happened I just want to fix my nails but she continues to keep saying that i was wrong and I need to know that I’m wrong. I ask her to stop doing my nails. I can then hear her talking about me on the other side of the room. I have never been treated this way I couldn’t believe what was happening and that management just let her talk to me this way. I was in the middle of a pedicure so I finished because the tech doing my nails was very friendly but she used the wrong color on my toes and I was just not willing to stay there any longer to correct it all in all just a horrific experience.
