The place has completely changed since the parents retired. The girl doing eyebrows doesn’t check the brows or trim after pulling off the wax. And the pedicure is rushed. My cuticles looked horrible and the polish was sloppy. Pedicure, Waxing

I go here all the time for nails eyebrows & pedis. This time I just got a pedi and eye brows completed. My pedi was AMAZING! however when I got my eye brows done, it was BURNED AND I NOW HAVE A SCAR. I told them and nothing was done. I will NOT be returning. Customer service is poor. Photo posted, excuse hair lol

Felt rushed thru the nail experience, to the point she asked me to pay as soon as she was finished with my nails && I requested to have my feet done as well .. they don’t offer lotion , cuticle oil , or anything afterwards.. then I was switched off to an older gentleman for my feet .. seemed like he was trynna scrub the skin off my legs with the hot towel !! But he gave lotion after atleast..he also came up to me saying ” can you pay now !” Like I was gonna run out without paying lol The nail shape && color came out great though
