Not a good experience, in fact, highly disappointing. The price did not meet the quality of service. I paid $70 for an incredibly mediocre pedicure that was worth no more than $30. They tried to hustle me for $5.00 for a “VIP nail tech” (she wasn’t an experienced tech, far from it) and they tried to upsell me $10.00 to use electric tools instead of non-electric!?!? They said the $75 was a promo fee and their regular/classic VIP pedicure is normally $85 (with regular polish and with a VIP nail tech).

Went in 6 days (4/17) to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The service in the salon was great. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I was interviewed to be on one of their social media outlets and while being interviewed they promised me that my nails would last 3 weeks. Just days later they started chipping without me doing anything that would cause nail damage. I decided to call to get them re-touched and I was denied the service because 4 days had gone by and I didn’t have proof of the verbal promise. Nobody made it known to me about this “4 day policy”. The quality of work that Nail Sunny puts on social media didn’t meet basic standards. Please be advised when getting your nails done here to get a written guarantee.

It was my 3rd time at Nail Sunny and it went horrible. I was having a gel manicure and didn’t get to have my nails polished since one of my fingers was bleeding after the nail tech severely cut it. As it turned out, 5 out of 10 fingers got cut.
