Not happy at all and extremely expensive. I took my 4 year old to get her nails painted while I got acrylics done. I called and set an appointment and told them I’ve never done acrylics before and asked what they recommended. They told me dip powder. So that’s what I did. I told them my daughter wanted her nails painted like the inside of a watermelon and I showed them the picture. They said they would have to use gel polish first then regular to decorate. That was fine. The 2 ladies that were doing our nails kept swapping and one wouldn’t stay off her phone. They also kept getting up to assist other customers coming in. They need a receptionist. I got charged $50 for my acrylics and they charged me $43 for my daughter’s nails to be painted. I didnt want to pay $43 for her nails to be painted but how could I say no? She was set on getting them done and they dropped this bomb on me!

If you want your fingers and toes polished, this is the place for you. If you want actual manicures and pedicures, this isn’t it. I’ve been here twice. The first time, I thought maybe it’s an off day. I waited months before I came back. Nope, still mediocre and minimal effort. I had both manicure and pedicure the first time, wasn’t the best but it was okay. I finished shaping and evening out my nails once I got home. I paid for a full set and dip powder it was uneven, bubbly, sloppy. My toes were painted fine, but the actual service wasn’t really a pedicure so much as going through the motions of wiping Lotion and scurb on and then off of my feet and legs as fast as possible. The second time I did just a pedicure. Same thing. I paid for an upgraded pedicure twice, both times, I didn’t even know we were almost finished because I didn’t get the massage. I realized the second time that the ‘massage’ was the super light wipe on and then off Lotion application. I’ve had more pedicures than I can count. Usually, when you pay for the massage, you get two to five minutes of a medium pressure type massage on each foot. No big deal. When you pay for it the they don’t even do it, that is wasting my money. I don’t expect a massage therapist, but I also don’t think barely brushing fingers tips over the foot for 32 seconds is a massage. I really wanted this place to be a good spot. It stays busy, so, theres either a few people who can deliver or nobody wants to drive to Joplin. Plus side, everyone is nice and the place is clean. *for the people wanting fun designs and artistic, unique nails, this isn’t your place. I overhead someone asking for a basic design and there was only 1 person who might have been able to do it but they weren’t there. *

Loved it! I needed to get my nails taken care of after being cancelled on by another salon. They were able to get me in the next day, and even being 15 minutes late still treated me with utmost respect, explained their processes, answered my questions and really took time with me. I’m definitely a regular now!
