I have been coming to Nail Style and Spa for 10 years now. They are the best of the best in Bryant. Some consider their services a bit pricey, but the excellent quality is worth the additional $ to me. Wait times may be an issue if you drop in during a high volume time, best to call and make an appointment if you are not up for waiting. This is my favorite nail salon, I got my nails and brows done for my birthday and they did such a good job. I got exactly what I asked for and the prices were great! It’s very clean inside, the massage chairs work great and they’re really attentive. They do accept walk-ins but I recommend making an appointment, as you may have a longer wait time.

Nail Lounge was busy so I tried Nails Style and Spa. It was the most painful experience getting my nails done ever. She was literally just filing my skin. And whatever liquid that kept being used was stinging my fingers. Also the nails were way too sharp after I said to leave them the way they were. Didn’t fill correctly either. Didn’t even bother to. And there was only one manicurist who could do a full set that was there so out of me and my sister, she said only one of us could do a full set while the other did dip. Terrible.

Do not recommend. I only went here because I was in a bind and needed a quick fix. Nails were uneven, mis -shaped, and horrible cuticles. I asked her to fix it and the lady said it was fine, they didn’t need fixing. Now I have to go 2 weeks with bad nails.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this Nail shop for a Basic pedicure. I just had a pedicure 3 weeks ago, so I didn’t need anything more than the Basic. The technician that helped me was very rude and continued to pressure me to get a more expensive pedicure. After the 3rd “no thank you” she finally got the point. I guess she was upset because I didn’t get one of the more expensive pedicures that she repeatedly recommended because she took it out on me during my pedicure. She was extremely rough. She didn’t listen to anything that I was saying. She clipped my toenails, even though I asked her not to. Then she rushed through the pedicure to try to hurry up and get to another customer. My pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes! I have nail polish all over my toes, my cuticles are not properly cut, and my heels are just as rough as they were when I walked in. The technician that helped me was very rude and continued to pressure me to get a more expensive pedicure. After the 3rd “no thank you” she finally got the point. Critical: ProfessionalismWife and I waited 45 minutes to have Pedicures (not an unusual wait time I guess), and we did get sat side by side, but my spa chair was not working properly, only the back massager was working. The worker tried fixing the whirlpool on the tub but couldn’t. In fact once she tried fixing the issue the massager part of the chair even stopped working. At this point she left me sitting in a non-working chair, and left to begin working on another customer. I politely advised the worker the chairs massager had also now stopped working, and she very rudely in front of the other customers (in a louder than normal tone of voice), told me that she would be back in five minutes. At this point I was done, saving my $40! I quietly stood up put my sandals back on and walked out, and sat in the lobby. Only after I did that did she offer to sit me in another chair across from my wife which had she done their immediately then maybe I would have been okay with that, but it wasn’t. Once the lady was rude to me as a customer I felt unappreciated, and felt my business meant nothing to them.
