I booked an appointment and deposited money in order to get this appointment when I arrived the lady in the front rudely told me it was appointment only and when I let her know that I actually did have an appointment all she said was oh and she had an attitude. she told me to sit down so I did I sat down for 15 minutes after my appointment when I finally saw her and was able to ask how much longer it was going to be she said 30 more minutes after being there for 30 minutes already I was clearly upset and asked for my deposit back. I got my deposit back but it’s upsetting how unprofessional they are customer service is key and they lack that here, I don’t recommend at all. Magic nails is a better option in La Grange!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI went twice! First time I was ecstatic and so happy with my nails! The second time not so much, I’m not familiar with the type of nail services they offer and being naive led to me choosing the wrong type of nail polish, I didn’t like the color, the nail tech said no problem and let me choose a new color. I thought she’d remove the previous nail polish and put in the new so I was happy! She then proceeds to put one coat over what she had already put, only one, and sent me on way! Then she charged for two manicures instead of one, I was expecting to pay a bit more but for only one coat of a second color, that wasn’t another manicure! To make things even worse, not even 4 days into the manicure, the one top coat she put, started coming off! I got news of last minute plans for tomorrow so i called them at about 7 asking if they had time left to do a no chip mini. The guy on the phone told me to come right in. They only had two techs there and both had clients, the lady said she could take me but it would be a wait. I didn’t mind waiting, she did an amazing job on my nails and she was super friendly. I’ve always had great experiences here, but today was the best! I got news of last minute plans for tomorrow so i called them at about 7 asking if they had time left to do a no chip mini. The guy on the phone told me to come right in. They only had two techs there and both had clients, the lady said she could take me but it would be a wait. I didn’t mind waiting, she did an amazing job on my nails and she was super friendly. Nail Studios went above and beyond for me, thank you guys soooo much. I have definitely had better pedicures. They are nice enough but I just feel that the service is not very thorough. My daughter and I went to together two weeks ago and her polish did not cure properly. My polish was fine but my feet just did not feel like I had just had a pedicure. Not nearly as smooth and as soft as I have had when getting pedicures elsewhere.
