If I could give this place 1 in a half stars I would. I am 35 weeks pregnant so I need help getting my toe nails cut. They did a fantastic job on cutting my toe nails and painting them, however my finger nails look like a 4 year old painted them I’m writing this after 4 hours from being there and I some how ruined my left pinky nail on my hand.

I am at this nair salon getting A manicure for my daughter & me. & My GF is getting her nails done with acrylic. We were assisted with great customer service by Cici who is the receptionist, very professional and great personality. Cindy was very attentive to detail and good at doing my nail service. Went here to remove my nails which they soaked off and an eyebrow waxing. While I was getting my eyebrows waxed the woman insisted I get my upper lip waxed as well. I said fine. Than she insisted I get my chin waxed. Mind you, I don’t have very much facial hair. I told her no, it’s fine and she still did it. My chin broken out now and is sensitive. To top it off this came out to $40. It’s been less than 24 hours and it’s already this bad. Never going here again. I have a regular place I go to that’s farther away so I decided to try a local place. Worst mistake. To top it off when she’s done waxing you she leaves wax on your face. It was literally still on my lip,inside my nose some how and on my chin. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Permanent make up microblading Cindy when she approach me during eyelash extensions she tod me ” I can do your eyebrows for 200 dollars” after several visits I agree to have the microblading services I paid the amount agreed. And today I went back for the touch up and out of the blues she said is ” 75 dollars extra” something we never discussed. I told her no. Is something that I was not interested and she grab mi purse and handed to me saying” I always charge more for a follow up app.” If I would know in advance ! Would not do the procedure. She lost a customer today and the 2 referrals are aware and cancel

The receptionist is rude and is not helpful at all. The nail tech does whatever they want when you ask for a certain design. The only one that does a fenominal job is john.

This place is located in the Spring Valley shopping mall near Albertsons and when I came in, I asked if it was too late to get a manicure and pedicure and she just said for me to take a sit, I thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it in time, but she was really nice and let me in. The women who worked on me were very nice, Vicky and Katy. I’m very satisfied with the results. I will definitely go back again and again. Thanks!

Clean place, was actually taken care of pretty quickly. The lady that did my nails never bothered asking what manicure I wanted and just did the basic and said I was done. Wanted to do the strafing hot wax on hands , but ok, she wanted to mo e on to next client.. definitely will not ask for her if I go back..

Disgusting portrayal of discrimination towards my black fiancée. These women repeatedly made errors and cut deep into her nail bed. When she pointed it out they said oh well and continued to belittle her for having powdered nails saying it was her fault. The”nail tech” complained the entire time for having to do her job and displayed a horrendous attitude the entire time and didn’t even remove all the acrylic from her nails beds. After the “tech” “completed” the service she pointed out to her how she didn’t do it properly and she just repeatedly said “no no no” grabbed her tools got up and left going off on a tirade in her native language. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn’t give her the right to belittle, cut, and roughly handle a customer. If your employee is acting a fool send them home and prevent this from happening again. My fiancée and the women in my family will not be returning here again, nor will they ever reccomend this horrible shop to anyone. Save yourself the frustration of a poor job and go somewhere else. They all back each other up for their bad attitudes and bad service.
