Nail Studio Spa - Crowley, TX 76036

I’ve been coming here for about a year now maybe more. Hana is my girl. Heather is also amazing! I’m super picky about my pedicures and she gets all the hang nails and is very sweet. I’ve gone to other places in between sets because of timing and location and always regretted it. On top of that this is the only place that has customers wash their hands BEFORE sticking fingers in their dip powder. I know how hard it is to find a good salon where us black girls are treated respectfully. I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue here.

Called ahead of time and asked for an appointment. Set the time asked if it would be ok to bring my baby, planned the time to where I knew my child would be asleep. We discussed on the phone exactly what I wanted and set the appointment. When I arrived, I was told you have to do gel, “because, no one is going to watch your baby.” My baby was asleep, but I believe he knew I would have to wait, because they took walk ins and no one was available at my appointment time. Very unprofessional to not keep appointment time or tell customers all information, especially when customers communicate their exact needs and are on limited time. Also, I never asked nor expected them to watch my child and that comment was rude!

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I’ve been here several times and Sam is the absolute RUDEST THING I have ever had to deal with! They do what they want and if you don’t like it he’s says very RUDE comments to you!! If I remember correctly I’m the one paying for the service not him.!!! Will never ever ever go back! Don’t waste your money! I have no idea how the salon is still open!

I took my daughter for a basic manicure which is $25. A nice man (can’t remember his name) accidentally charged my card twice and was very apologetic about it. He called another guy to the register which I assume is the manager to help fix the situation. However, he made the situation worst. He stated that I was only charged $25, and it should show up as $25 on my credit card statement. Well, it didn’t. I was charged $50. His employee admitted that he charged me double, but this “manager” didn’t seem to care and didn’t even try to cancel one of the transactions. He just said, “ I typed in $25.” I didn’t argue with him; I’m just going to let my bank handle it. First time at this salon, I won’t be back.

I been going to this place for about 3 years, almost 4. My daughter and I was always getting our nails done by violet but she is no longer there so I decided to give them a chance and they did just fine. No one else touches our nails but Sam and his wife. They get us every time. I’m in there for over an hour and I don’t mind because they take their time with our nails and it is relaxing. They offer you drinks. And yes sometimes they have appointments that they schedule and I am moved around but I’m okay. If I came in before one of their appointments and they start on me, I don’t mind having to wait. Patience is a virtue and I don’t want no rush job on my nails. Word of advise, if you want a rush job then don’t go here because they take their time for perfection. I love it.

I was a frequent customer of this place, but after today, I will never return again. The customer service was horrible. My daughters and I went in to be serviced together. Someone started on my oldest daughter and me right away. Shortly thereafter, my granddaughter’s nails were polished, but my youngest daughter was never helped. As time went on, my oldest and granddaughter were done, and I was almost done, so I decided to ask why she was being skipped. The owner, Sam’s wife, just ignored me. Mind you, we arrived prior to them even opening in hopes of getting in and out. I tried to speak with Sam about it, and he said his wife didn’t understand me. She understood me just fine because I told my nail tech to explain to her in their language. They brushed me off to shut me up. I told them they lost a customer today. Sam’s response was “Okay, thank you.” I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. Your feelings and time is not valued, only your dollar. Sam was trying to run my credit card through as I was still explaining myself. I snatched it out of the machine for him to hear me out. They also did a rush job because the place was busy. Not their best work. Customer service was awful!
