This salon was absolutely amazing! The people here are so friendly and service was excellent! I can see why they are busy! I walked in without an appointment got told they where only taken appointments in a rude way she ask me if I wanted to come the next day I said yes but she didn’t ask for my name to set my appointment. The next day I called and set my appointment but they had taken a person without an appointment so I was kinda upset that I got turn around the day before because I didn’t make an appointment but you clearly taken people without appointment the next day. They need to update there website saying appointment only.

Got there at 640, website says they close at 730. Was getting pedicure and nails done for me, pedicure for 10 year old, and nails painted for 2 year old. They said they could only take one because they closed at 7. They were not busy at all guess I see why, very poor customer service. It’s now 646 I’m sitting outside and they turned off their open sign. Guess they don’t need business. Never will I go to them or recommend them to anyone.

I took my daughter and four granddaughters to nail studio and spa in Carthage Texas after all of us had our nails done $360 later we come out with messed up nails I had details of hearts put on my nails looks like I got white dots all over my finger the spider webs coming from the hearts or bad my daughter wanted nails instead she got fake nails with humps in the middle my three-year-old granddaughter messed up one of her thumbs while drying they said they would fix it then the man who did her nails left so I pay for her nails with a messed up thumb we had fingernail polish all over the top of our fingers and underneath sides and they left it there didn’t even bother to clean I would not recommend this place to anyone it’s not even worth one star I just gave them a store because this is the only way I could post my review

Terrible Terrible customer service. Staff is beyond rude and you can guarantee your money nor business is appreciated! I let it go a few times because I know how things are sometimes… but when a 13 year old can be so disrespected she gets upset about it then theres a problem! DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS!
