This is a friendly neighborhood nail salon in Mentor. We are a new managed salon. Our goal is to make you feel welcome and relax when you walk in the door. We offer free drinks and snacks. We are currently renewing and getting new equiment. We offer offers a full range of nail services, from manicures and pedicures to acrylic enhancements and custom nail designs. We also offer wide variety of dipping colors.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I originally had tips and dip done somewhere else and the next day two broke. When I went in to get them fixed the girl who fixed them was rude and seemed annoyed. She couldn’t match the color (from the day before; less than 24 hrs earlier) and rushed me to pick one. In addition she cut me and didn’t mention it, apologize or anything. She had to have been aware because I jumped. The picture shows the lack of color match. The next day (Monday) when another one broke I decided to go somewhere else and chose this facility. Not only was the gentleman who did my nails sympathetic but he did a FANTASTIC job and then matched my toes with the same color. The only thing I was taken aback by was that he said my nails would be $55. I did not get a pedicure; just a polish change (gel) and my total was 80 something which means my polish change on my toes was around 25. My fault for not asking first and maybe that is standard with a gel polish change but I was not expecting it. Overall though I probably would have done it anyways because my nails looked so good!! Purple was old; pink is new

I have searched and searched for a local amazing salon and this place takes the cake. By far my favorite lake county salon. I never wait too long, they take appointments and they’ll squeeze you in for a fix. The techs are super professional and friendly. I am more familiar with acrylic, however, I am trying out the dip powder. Pictured is my 2nd set. My first set lasted almost 2 weeks (I could have pushed it a few more days), which is a lot for someone who works in medicine and washes constantly. I am super picky when it comes to my nails. Quality of product, shape and colors. I have searched and searched for a local amazing salon and this place takes the cake. By far my favorite lake county salon. I never wait too long, they take appointments and they’ll squeeze you in for a fix. The techs are super professional and friendly. Have had services here a few times before but this last time was very disappointing when my husband & I went for pedicures. Including tip it was $115.00 which I did not think was bad. Once we got home we both realized the bottoms of our feet had some very rough patches on them so I ended up redoing the bottoms of both our feet. They were very friendly but I was definitely expecting better results. Maybe it’s just a hit or miss place.

This place was not only UNPROFESSIONAL walked in and rude off bat . I asked for square nails and he proceeded to tdo what he wanted . And I kept expressing how I wanted my nails and he got mad at me and told me he was doingMY nails correctly . Then , after I picked out my colors he didn’t even polish them . I had to come home and do that part my self . I would NEVER step another foot into this place . Wouldn’t even bring my dog there . 0/10 recommend

Will never come this place of business again. Everything was rushed and would tell me about up charge after task was done. Two different men serviced me and both were yanking arm around and wasn’t paying attention half the time. After serviced was over didn’t asked me if I enjoyed or like my nails but I heard him ask that question to every customer before me. Did not enjoy service at all and normally tip big on those whom are friendly and produce good work. They missed out on big tip! Also looked at all the other reviews and it seems as though ALL WOMEN OF COLOR are receiving poor service.

My Nail tech was really nice but they used a community cotton swab to soak my gel off- I’ve never seen that before and I felt like it was pretty unsanitary. Also, my gel is already chipping after two days, which is super disappointing. Maybe I caught them on an off day…

Got the signature pedi and my feet are completely dry and patchy and my nail polish looks like it needs 2 more coats. The young girl was obviously rushing and could have done a better job. Will not be returning. Acrylic nails, Pedicure
