I have gone here several times over the last few months. I enjoy it because they do the hot stone massage after your manicure. Some of my experiences have been great. The people are polite and the place seems clean. However, there have been a few experiences that weren’t so great. I went back to give them another chance, but I think I’ll be finding somewhere new to go. I went today and got a manicure, pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. It cost me $70, which seems about right (I got gel polish). But then I leave and really take a look at my nails. They look terrible, like I did them myself. There’s polish off my nail, onto my finger so now all of the polish is already chipping. I am pretty disappointed. Last time I went, the lady that waxed my eyebrows cleaned them off after the wax with rubbing alcohol which then dripped into my eyes. When I get a pedicure, they do my nails at the same time which means I have to sit pretty uncomfortable which is kind of beside the point of the whole thing, but the lady who does my nails turns the massage chair off because she can’t do my nails while it’s shaking me….. I paid for that massage chair. Unfortunately, I’m not usually one to speak up, but after the amount of money I spent today and the quality of my nails, I have decided to review.

Way too expensive here now. Been coming here for a few years and it’s gotten ridiculous. Gel manicure & gel pedicure was $95!! And the owner asks me how much I want to leave for a tip before even telling me the price first. The guy that did my pedicure followed me up to the counter and asked me for a tip. Not returning here anymore!!! Don’t recommend this place at all.

I have found a nail shop home finally after being in GA for 8 months. This place is absolutely amazing, friendly professional staff. They have quality work for the right price. They make sure your comfortable and Shirley keeps you laughing your whole visit. Definitely will be back!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityOnly giving one star because I can’t give less. Worst nail experience EVER!!! the girl took two hours to do a gel “manicure” that’s wasn’t even a manicure. She kept messing up. Then when I mentioned it she tried to reason with “I’m not licensed” and that she had only been doing it for 6 months!! After being utterly frustrated and unhappy another lady tried to “fix” my nails but they were already so messed up. By the next day all had cracked and their only offer was for me to sit and wait an hour for another lady to do them again. Will NEVER go back or EVER recommend this place. They couldn’t care less about the customers. There’s also a tiny sign for no refunds. So beware.Only giving one star because I can’t give less.
