I received the worst customer service for myself, my daughter and her friend. They got their first manicure which I had to continuously argue about why they didn’t need gel. They are 11. Then I had dip done and 7 days later every single one is cracking and falling apart. They were not friendly and I’m not sure why I tipped. They made the young girls feel uncomfortable. I didn’t plan ahead and couldn’t go to two other salons I preferred because they were booked or closed. So I dropped in here on a Sunday morning and they were so unpleasant. The straw that broke the camel’s back is the fact that my nails are failing apart. What a waste of money.

The customer service at this salon was up there with the worst I’ve ever received. I got a gel pedicure here for 60 dollars the day before my vacation. The woman who did my nails was very, very sweet and my experience was good. Two days later, though, on one of my nails, the polish was completely gone and the rest of them were ALL chipped. I had not even gone to the beach yet and they had not been under any wear and tear. Another day later, another nail was COMPLETELY BARE. I had to go to the store to buy polish and paint them myself throughout the week.

I was very happy with my mani/pedi. I showed my manicurist a photo of what I wanted and she was able to come all the way through with fantastic results that blew my mind away! I was all the way pleased and she made my wedding day a complete success! My deluxe pedicure was amazing as well and felt awesome! I will definitely be back in the future! (Please note that I didn’t review this business right away and that my nails did grow out a few days after my wedding for I was overwhelmed with post wedding festivities, thank you for understanding)

I had gone here a time or two before but it had been a couple years. I decided to do something nice for myself and found myself with some childless freetime, so got a mani/pedi. I did one nail on each hand the cat eye color and was charged $5 for nail art – which fine, I’ve had other places charge more for the different color as well. But a mani/pedi came out to be $97???

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I will never go back to this salon. The technician burnt my fingers the whole time he was filing them, my nails were thick when I said I wanted them to look natural and they were so sloppy. If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The lady that did my nails was extremely nice. But my dip nails are terrible. 6 nails broke less than a week later. I’ve been getting dip nails for a while and they normally last 3-4 weeks. I went back to get them fixed , she was very willing to fix with no charge which I’m grateful for. But the same nails broke again a day later. I am not happy for the amount I spent to get my nails done.

I have been a customer here for numerous years and continually come back (and recommend my friends and family to come here)! Everyone takes their time and will give you honest feedback on your nail color choices. Personally, I want to know if a color will be a waste of my time and whether or not it will look bad with my complexion. Kim and Selina as well as the other staff get to know their customers and do a great job! I love this shop and I will continue to go here!

She didn’t even put lotion on the bottom of of My feet or any solution when she used the hand square scrub pad. I got power dip, I told here I wanted my same shape square well I got kinda square and oval and she took the length which I asked her not to. I am very unhappy with them and I will not be returning.
