I have been going to this salon for a year. I think today was my final time going to get acrylics. The service is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes my nails turn out great and the next time I’m disappointed. I always get something simple like one color all over and I pay for gel. Today I went and got a fill and within two hours of leaving the salon I already had a chip. This is something that continues to happen. In addition to the inconsistency, 8/10 times I come in I am not greeted and my nail tech doesn’t even speak to me. It makes me feel a little unwelcome. Like I am just another customer. I paid $45 for my fill. That’s a pretty average price but I can’t deal with the inconsistency and bad customer service.

Listen I’m not one to write reviews, but I got the powder nails and they looked like dinosaur nails, they weren’t filled in to the cuticle I swear they were half an inch thick and when I politely told the lady that they were too thick she got an attitude with me for no reason even though I POLITELY asked her to fix them and then started aggressively taking them off. I have been here a few times before and never has bad service but after this experience I would not recommend going to this place. Needless to say I had my nails removed and did not get my nails done.

I love this place!! I’ve been coming here since 2004 and never had any issues. The staff is friendly and service is amazing! I highly recommend coming here. Ryan and his wife Van do a excellent job on my nails and pedicure. A big thank you to you two for taking care of me all these years. You two are extremely awesome! Never had a bad experience all these years!!

I was in town on a day business trip and decided to get my nails done while there. Terrible mistake. My nails were done on a Saturday and by that Monday they were chipping. My gel polish lasted 3 days. They were lumpy (I think she used too much polish), chipping and by the time I left, I had polish all over my fingers because she kept bumping it against the polish as she was painting AND I don’t think they were even dry! The lady also didn’t listen to a thing I said when I asked her not to file down my natural nails. Now, they are uneven and I have to wait until they grow out. If it weren’t for me having to travel an hour and a half back, I would have gone back to get the polish removed. I definitely won’t be going back…

Didn’t clean under my nails charged $20 for nothing didn’t even feel her doing my nails look worse than they did b4 I wrnt end if she hadn’t did them I would’ve not paid I just left Manicure

Horrible experience!! They weren’t busy but the woman who did my manicure couldn’t be bothered to do what I asked. I had two sample pictures of what I was looking to have done and the woman completely ignored it and did a full set of ombré nails. I hate how it looks. She didn’t even finish. The acrylics are jagged and sharp. So unprofessional.

My wife gets her nails done here, the staff always treats us well, they have stayed open late, they have went above and beyond to repair damages free of charge, always gentle and careful, awesome selection of colors and always able to do very unique designs and nail shapes even. As a guy reviewing a nail salon lol this is what seems important to me, pricing seems very reasonable and they are clean and professional

What happened to this place over the last year? Popped off while I was putting on my shoes. Like they were press on‘s. the man insisted that my nails were too long to take care of a newborn. Not that it was any of his business. (my nails have never been in this you and I don’t intend on them being an issue with my newborn) I should not of had to explain this to him. He had a complete attitude.
