My first trip to this nail salon today. I have to say was I impressed with the staff & the cleanliness of the salon. There decor was beautifully done inside. You can see they take pride in there salon and put effort in the up keep. The staff were super friendly and kind to me. I was asked to was my hands upon entering which I liked before seating. Then to pick out my nail color. . Kevin is the one who I had the pleasure to met he did my nails and I was so pleased I gave him a 10.00 tip . I uploaded pictures of my nails. Very proud. This is going to be my long term go to nail salon.

I saw this nail studio because my husband has to return a gadget at Spectrum. I went in and a woman came to tell me to wash my hands without telling me where to. A couple seating in the spa chair were both chatting and smiling and told me where the sink is. Then the same woman told me to seat without any specific chair. The tone was rough and was very unfriendly. While waiting, this same woman put two books in front of me without any instructions, so I asked what it’s for. It is a selection of nail colors. Then another woman came talking Vietnamese on her earphones. Without further ado, she opened a package of implements. I can tell that the surface was never disinfected, nail dryer was never disinfected basing from it’s look.

I’ve only been there one time but did not have the best experience. I asked if there was a way because I was in a time constraint, they said no but I waited for a technician for 25 minutes to begin. Begin. I also paid more than I have ever paid before. I got just a normal gel pedicure with callus remover. The price for the service was at least $15 more than I normally pay. They did a good job on my nails, but I was late to my appointment and I paid too much.
