Critical: Quality, ValueCustomer service isn’t bad as long as you don’t complain about the horrible quality nails they do. The nail tech (Kassy? Kathy?) was very rough on my hands and nails and then blamed me for having “too sensitive fingers”. She would actually hit my hand away and toss it away when she was finished filing. Even after several times of me asking her to be gentle and telling her she hurt me. She did not take her time on my nails and she rushed through them. They came out disfigured, lumpy and lifting after 2 days. I came back in to have them fixed they (Makayla) gladly “fixed” them and then 2 days later the gel polish was peeling off. At that point I just soaked them off at home on my own because they clearly can’t handle a simple request. I paid for quality nails, I could have gotten better press ons from the dollar store. They probably would have lasted longer, too. Kathy?) was very rough on my hands and nails and then blamed me for having “too sensitive fingers”. She would actually hit my hand away and toss it away when she was finished filing. Critical: Professionalism, Qualitythey are organized with timing and affordable but they butchered my hand, they filed down the skin on the sides of my nails until i bled. Lashes by Cassi. So natural looking! I got them done before I went to Hawaii. Here it is two weeks later and after boating, parasailing, & water activities, my lashes are still full and in tact! I’m definitely going back!!!

I will say that majority of the nail artists either go too fast or they hurt me and make me bleed. The only one who takes her time is Lisa. She is very gentle and makes sure it is to your liking. Cassie and the rest of them are trying to finish fast so they can move on to the next customer. They also tend to not make the customer feel comfortable. Regardless Lisa is the best and makes sure you are taken care of. If you go here try out Lisa she is the best.

I gave this place a try because it was closer to home. I got a regular manicure and pedicure for my baby shower. The ladies were nice and the place was decent. The complaint I have is about the quality of nail polish they use. My manicure did not even last me 2 days. At the second day the nail polish was coming off. In a matter of 4-5 days the entire manicure needed to be redone in all fingers. I went back to the place to let them know about it politely, but the owner told me they don’t guarantee anything and if I wanted to get it done, I could pay $6. Money is not the issue here, I can afford to whole price. The fact is that this business should understand that the quality of products they are using is low. I was nice and I told her that I was going to get it re-done somewhere else. There was no point on paying $6 for the same quality of product and having the nail polish come off in a couple days. It is my time that is the most valuable here. I was very disappointed of this place. I had never been to a nail salon that uses low quality of product like this one. My manicure at other locations would last me at least 10 days. I will not come back or recommend this place at all.

I have been going to Nail Studio for about 8 months and I have to say I’m finally fed up with the pain. I love the artistry of my nail technician Cassie, but she is always in such a rush to get to other clients that she takes too much off of my cuticles and uses the buffer machine at such a high speed that she burns through the top layer of my nail bed. Which is quite painful. I would keep going becuase my nails would look nice after. However, being in pain for 2 or 3 days after isn’t worth it anymore.
