It’s sad I have to give this place such a bad review because Fifi does good nails, is quick and the price is really good. But oh boy is she a hot head! I always walk in, never have an appt as it’s always a last minute decision I make to go on my lunch break, and both girls who work there (there is only 2) know this. When I went in Fifi was busy, which I understood. The older woman said she had time, but she was working on someone. She had me sitting with foil on my hands for almost 30 minutes before she started taking it off. I felt so bad for the other woman who she was working on, but she was nice and understood I had to get back to work. The older woman started going back and forth between us and when it came time to file my nails, they were so crooked, I kept asking her to fix it but then she stopped and said Fifi would file my nails since she knows what I like. Again, I didn’t ask for this, I asked her nicely to re-file my nails and SHE made the decision to pass it off to Fifi, who was already working on her next appt. I then waiting another 25 mins, when she finally asked Fifi to file my nails. Fifi immediately started yelling and the girl she was working on got up and said she’d be back in 30 mins or so. Fifi stood up looked at me and yelled “I said I was busy, what you don’t remember?”. I was in complete shock. I couldn’t believe she was yelling and I let her know it was uncalled for as I didn’t ask for any special favors or even ask for her at all. She just kept repeating herself, yelling more and more at me. The poor woman next to me looked like she wanted to crawl under a rock. I got up and left with 3 crooked nails. Awful customer service, and it’s a shame cuz I really did like it there, but I will never go back.
