Not sanitary. Tools aren’t sterile, they’re in a pencil box with a “box cleaned” label, and they’re dirty and obviously used with all clients, bowl used to soak hands prior to manicure is simply rinsed with water and placed in a drawer; face is not cleaned prior to wax, (let alone wiped), manicures and pedicures are never completed, they’re always rushed for no reason. But… you get what you pay for I suppose.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had been going here for years & the owner (woman) obviously was going through something in her own personal life & got mad at me one day because she was doing a full set on me and one of nails kept coming out cricket and I told her and because she had another customer next to me she got so upset with me to a point she told me never to come back. She did my sons eyebrows for a long time too. I continued to take him a few more times while I stayed in the car but today I took him and she did his eyebrows so thin it was obvious she did this out of despite! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone the fact that this woman acts in such a unprofessional way because of one unsatisfied service she receives. I had been going here for years & the owner (woman) obviously was going through something in her own personal life & got mad at me one day because she was doing a full set on me and one of nails kept coming out cricket and I told her and because she had another customer next to me she got so upset with me to a point she told me never to come back. I have been here many times. Never had a complaint. My eyebrows always look great. Today I came in and left with two different shaped eye brows. I asked the tech to correct and she continued over plucking my left brow. I tried explaining to her she was making it worse. She had someone else to come in and assist. Both techs were awful.

It was my first time and great. Had a hang nail for 6 months of pain and they carefully clipped till they got to it. Got a back massage while they did most of it. Very pleased. Was like pulling the thorn out of the lion’s paw. Thank you so much !!!

I will only give 2 stars bc the lady working today was kind and good conversation before customers came in. Waste of my time. Nails were crooked, slanted to the left, not pretty at all. Then man really didnt seem to try to meet my needs so the female tried her best to fix. I haven’t gotten my nails done in about 1 yr so I expect to come out with nails done properly and expertly but my experience was the opposite. In the end I spent what it felt like 1hr-1.5hr including removing my nails with acetone. I didn’t have extra time to start over again since baby was in truck with husband. I’ll be ordering gel kit and do myself.

WORST NAIL SALON IN ABILENE. I went here to get my nails done almond shape w/ a nude polish. (not that hard) all of my nails where going in different directions. I told the woman I did not like them and I wanted them off she got upset & started speaking her language and went outside to smoke. The other man said if we take them off that will be 10$ soak off charge. I said no I’m not paying for something I didn’t like. I soaked them off and left. They followed me out the door & yelled at me saying next time you will pay even if you don’t like. I said there will be no next time. Moral of the story: wouldn’t recommend this place

I came here a month ago and everything went great! This time around it went horribly wrong, the guy cut 7 of my fingers, I was bleeding my hands were hurting and 2 days later they still hurt. Worse the guy left my hands all red from where the powder rubbed off. And they charged me through the roof. I will never return 2 this place and if u wish to try them Good Luck
