Absolutely the sweetest people ever!!! However…the service wasn’t great…I have polish all over. They never asked if I wanted my toes trimmed down, however they clipped them with a cuticle clipper and never even touched my cuticles at all. I got wiped off with a hot towel, hardly no massage and the polish choices were all clumpy and very very old. People are sweet but the service isn’t 🙁

Got a pedicure and I thought they did a good job. However, I paid with a card and wrote the tip in the tip line. My bank shows they took the tip and added a 0! $5 became $50!!! So I was overcharged $45 more than what I actually paid! I will be going back in the morning to complain and make them fix the situation. My advise, pay with cash!!!

I went in to get dip powder done on my nails. I already had a set on the was over 2 weeks old and lifting. The guy told me it would be a 10 minute wait which was completely fine. He had some other lady come get me to soak off the set I had on. She filed one nail all the way down to my natural nail and left the tool in place and burned my nail. When I pulled my hand away she laughed and said “did that hurt?” After soaking the dip off the guy told me to get acrylic instead, when I said I wanted dip he insisted on me getting acrylic anyway. Once he started the dip process he CAKED the powder on my nails he filed them at an angle and when I pointed it out he responded with “somethings always wrong huh?” When he tried to smooth out all the powder he ended up taking the color off so I pointed it out. He opened the dip powder and slammed the lid on the table so I said I was done and wanted to pay for what was done but I was NOT paying full price because they were not done and were very bad. He argued with me to sit back down and let him fix it and when I insisted on paying so i could leave he quoted me $45 because a finished set was $50 I put my card away and told him I would not pay that price. His response was “I’m not a machine, I can’t do it perfect”. I’m not asking for perfection, I’m asking for a good service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I will never get my nails done here again. BIG MISTAKE. The guy who does the manicures filed my natural nails paper thinnnn. They are still in recovery. He also cut my cuticles 4 times with the drill. He didn’t even oil my cuticles after doing my nails. He also negatively questioned how long I wanted my nails done. He thought he knew what was the best length for my age. His job is to do my nails without judgment. He also didnt apply enough acrylic I had to ask for more.

I have been to so many nail salons in Evansville and I’ve never had my nails done as good as they are after I leave nail studios! In my job, I chip and pop them off constantly but after going to nail studios, I’ve never had one break or pop off and after 2 weeks, they still look great! I like the thinner acrylic and my nails are perfect every time!

NOPE. i waiting at least 25 minutes to be serviced with only two other people in there. than i showed them what i wanted and they exceeded to tell me they didn’t have the time to do it.? so than i showed them another color and they gave me the wrong shade. they also didn’t have good quality nail polish because it is just coming off out of no where. They were in a huge hurry to get us in and get us out. The entire process was rushed. They spent approximately 10 minutes on each of us.
