Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis has to be the worse nail salon I have ever went to in my whole life. Very very rude to me and my daughters I spent 400 dollars to be talked to very rude fussed at for correcting them that they wasn’t doing my nails like I wanted was very rough on my nails when I said something she rolled her eyes and pulled my hand back to her I will never use this salon ever again even my child said she never wanted to go back cause the lady hurt her skin around her nails by being rough and she didn’t get what she wanted on her nails we showed them pictures and the nails was no where near what we wanted the last picture is what i wanted it’s not where close I would recommend spending your money else whereI’m going to add this since this nail shop wanna act lien they did nothing wrong I never changed my mind they could not comprehend what I wanted the reason it took to long it would let me reply to the message they wrote don’t waste your money here the pictures look no where near what I wanted and a nail broke off the next day I had to go somewhere else to fix it horrible horrible place I’ve never paid someone to be rude to me everrrrrServices: Manicure, Nail art, Pedicure, Acrylic nailsThis has to be the worse nail salon I have ever went to in my whole life. This has to be the worse nail salon I have ever went to in my whole life. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came back today because my nails got messed up but she fixed them right up and they look amazing, she was very nice about it and the staff are very nice I would recommend Mary to anyone she is the owner and she did fantastic !!!!!I will be coming back regularly

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She skipped several steps and didn’t even ask to trim my nails. The polish looks like I did it myself, she even left some of my old polish on my toes. She was not friendly either.There were 4 ladies who worked there and myself, the only customer. They spoke amongst themselves the entire time. The lady who did my mani/sns nails was very sweet but did not do a good job. I’m very disappointed and will never go back. When I tried to leave a tip, the owner yelled “cash only” and would not allow me to leave a tip on my card.Please don’t come at me with “customer service is your top priority” like you have in the other reviews. Absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She skipped several steps and didn’t even ask to trim my nails. The polish looks like I did it myself, she even left some of my old polish on my toes. She was not friendly either.

Positive: ProfessionalismOverall was good experience. We called to see if there was a wait and they were ready for us when we came in. We had 3 people with pedicures. They were the most pricy salon I’ve been to, so price was a little high. 2 out of 3 of us had nail polish and 1 of us the nails were dry but literally wiped off onto a blanket on our couch over 2 hours after ‍♀️ and leaving toes sticky. It’s an easy fix at home but was a little annoying due to the cost. Staff was super friendly with nice conversations.Service: PedicureOverall was good experience. Overall was good experience. We called to see if there was a wait and they were ready for us when we came in. We had 3 people with pedicures.
