Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMe and my friend went. They took 3 hours and still didn’t finish on time even though there wasn’t anybody ahead of us. We had to some back the next day and they still took forever on the second day. They put 6 layers of acrylic on our nails then they shaped them with scissors and filed them 10 different times. They kept switching up between people and while one was working the other was watching and they kept going back and fourth. They overcharged by $30. When we went back the next day to get them painted our nail polish was extremely clumpy and thick. They didn’t last a week before falling off and it surprised me because I thought they would last longer since they did my acrylic so thick. The man named Andy had leftover acrylic on his nails from other clients and he did not wash his hands after switching clients. The lady named Sally was procrastinating. Andy got acrylic all over me and my friend’s hands. The place was unsanitary and the workers were inconsiderate because we came at 12:00 and told them we had to be gone by 2 and we left at 3:45. Me and my friend went. They took 3 hours and still didn’t finish on time even though there wasn’t anybody ahead of us. We had to some back the next day and they still took forever on the second day.
