I only gave one star because you have to give atleast one for the review. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I paid for the Deluxe which costed me $60. The older man that did my pedicure was not very good. He barely massaged my right foot and leg and didn’t even do the left foot and leg. He cut my right toe nails ALOT shorter than the left and when I asked him to fix it, he didn’t. He kept cutting my toes and stabbing them to where they would bleed . I got the gel polish and he only put one layer of gel on my toes and he smudged my polish and didn’t fix it. When it was time for the hot towels, he barely covered my feet and legs and did a sloppy job at wrapping the towels that they fell off. He got the hot stones out, but only used them for literally a few seconds. My husband’s tech put hot stones under his feet and I didn’t get that. I had to sit there for a moment and get myself together to keep from crying, it was so bad. And he asked me if I liked and I really wanted to cry them. I should’ve said something, but I’m too nice and I would’ve ended up showing out if he wasn’t willing to fix the issues at hand. They are located in the mall and not a very clean place. I will NEVER step foot in there again. Again, WORST experience EVER!

My sister and I had 2 p.m. appointments for pedicures. Mine was started on time…my sister’s wasn’t started until 2:30 (she sat with her feet in the water the whole time). I also got a manicure. The price on the website for a mani/pedi is $36. I was charged $45 and was told the website is old. The place is not overly organized and I am hoping that they are cleaning their equipment properly as I am almost sure I saw the tech put the tools she used on me back in her drawer – not 100% sure if they had been cleaned.

I only come to this mall because of the great service they provide. They always have my nails looking great when I leave. I am not one to ever leave a review, good or bad, but I feel like I have to for this nail studio. I only come to this mall because of the great service they provide. They always have my nails looking great when I leave. They are very thorough and always take the time to make sure everything is done right. On this particular visit, I witnessed a confrontation due to a scheduling error. I think the staff handled it the best way they could and I don’t want that experience to get around and give this place a bad reputation. They are amazing. And will always aim to please. Place is a hack. Understaffed and if you come in an hour before closing they’ll claim they don’t have enough time. Plenty of other places to spend your money, let their business eventually close like the Mall will soon. Pedicure

Me and my friend went there together. She got a 20 min massage and no one was there for my feet do I sat there. Someone finally came over for the massage I paid for and I didn’t even get 5 min. My pedicure looked mediocre. The paint was uneven and didn’t even cover the whole nail. Then when they got to my nails I asked for a light pink French manicure painted on my current nails. So they clipped my nails so short they didn’t have any room for the French tip and they did clear and it looks terrible. They filed them uneven and didn’t even paint them straight and got paint all over my hands. I had 4 different people keep switching to do different parts of my nails. Beyond upset I paid 47$ for a French manicure and pedicure.
