I visited for the first time looking to get Gel Nails. I don’t have any names but we spent a few minutes debating over what nails I currently have. I finally walked over to the Gel (Dipping Powder) to show her what I do have. She didn’t have the color and I tried to find another color to match my toe nail polish. The lady wasn’t very helpful at all just telling me what she doesn’t have. I left frustrated and without my nails done, very disappointed!

I’ve been a customer for about 6 months now and I’m sad to say never again,after 2 past visits of horrible service…yesterday I went in for a fill in on my nails and toes.Tina did my toes and as usual it was horrible she didn’t want to do my fill in (she never does) I told her she’s the professional so if she thinks I don’t need a fill in after 3 weeks then ok I’ll trust her (she was very adamant) and wrong…you can CLEARLY see that my nails have grown and now there’s a bump where the acrylics meet my real nail!!! I have to go to another salon to get it fixed before my bday!!!! I always ask for JoJo to do my nails because Kenny and Tina rush and the quality of work doesnt match the price of service…but yesterday I gave up hope on this salon.JoJo coated my nails with not 2 but 3 coats of regular polish then two coats of clear!!! After 4 hours my nails were still damp by the time I got home from the nail shop my nails look a hot mess…I believe they intentionally mess up people’s nails who get regular polish instead of gel (because it’s cheaper) then you have to come back thinking regular nails take too long to dry but in reality is a scheme to get double the money.I’ve seen it happen literally to 2 women other than myself!! DONT GO HERE one day the service is good the next it’s horrible. P.S. y’all loss a great customer who always individually tipped it was no need to trick me out of my hard earned money!!!!

We went into here today and there was nobody there..they said they can do my nails and my daughters. So they give us the colors to pick and when we were ready there was 3 people who came through the door 25 min late for an appt!! The guy said sorry I have to take them first! I was like seriously?! They are 25 min late and you said you would take us cuz we are ready!! So I dropped the nail colors and left! Very very rude! If you have an appt and you are 25 min late then too bad! This is why a ton of places make you reschedule when you are more than 10 min late for an appt! Now the business lost more money because they don’t have the nerve to tell someone that being 25 min late will have to wait!! Good job!
