My appointment was at 2PM on 12-31-22. I would leave a full detailed review of my experience but I won’t waste your time as they did mine. This was my first time getting my nails done in a shop, instead of going to a licensed nail tech in her suite, in about 5 years. This experience reminded why I do not. Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and etc in the service provided and the overall customer service of the shop. I still left a minimal tip of $15 for a $60 service anyways as I believe in tipping service workers but also to let the nail tech know my questions were related to what was going on and realizing i was not properly booked and the shop could’ve had a new client. They are “mean girls” with no customer service in sight. I will not go here again and recommend you don’t either.

I found this place by word of mouth. I’m so happy I did. Listen, this is not a nail shop that you feel rushed. The young ladies take their time. They have patience with their customers. The like the atmosphere as well. If your worried about Covid, you can make an appointment as well. Temperature checks are done, and hand washing with you first enter.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismArrived and although they were not able to locate my appointment they very professionally handled the situation and took care of me. This was my very first time here and could have gone all the way left I was impressed with my techs knowledge both Taylor and Brook were amazing Brook was very knowledgeable with what my needs were concerning mmt natural nails and she made me comfortable with her doing my nails as I just had a terrible experience elsewhere. Best time I’ve had in a salon for a while. I usually am very shy when it comes to getting my nails done but the ladies here made me feel so comfortable. My nails are beautiful and taken care of. I really appreciated the time they put in to doing them. There’s a healthy balance, I didn’t feel rushed. The price was great. I always have something to complain about but I’m feeling very satisfied overall with my experience. Thank you!
