I got my eyebrows done earlier today and was burnt by the wax( I believe by Jessica), she said it’s because my eye skin was sensitive but the wax is just entirely too hot. I have a burn covering half of the portion of my upper lid. I’mSure it will leave a mark. I do not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was by far the worst experience I’ve EVER had in a nail salon. The man that did my nails was angry disrespectful and abusive. I came in with basic polish on because I haven’t gotten my nails done in 2 years. So my nails were very natural. He wanted to drill the polish off and drilled to my skin..completely raw. ..I asked him politely not to because it hurt. He was very angry and started the nails. With polish still on half. When he finished I could still see all the old polish under my French manicure and he said put color on it. I wanted French manicures..so he got crazy angry and cut them all off..he was so rough. I was in shock. I just cried. He was throwing stuff, yelling at me. I thought he was gonna hit me. It was overwhelming. We definitely should not be supporting this type of business in our community I’ve never been called so many names in my life. I couldn’t even respond because he was so aggressive and angry I thought they were gonna attack me. I mean what did I do to warrant such aggressive behavior. I came in with basic polish on because I haven’t gotten my nails done in 2 years. So my nails were very natural. I love Nail Studio, I go there all the time to get my nails and eyebrows do. Jessica always do my nails and eyebrows and she always does a fantastic job on my nails,eyebrows. My friends and co-worker’s always commenting on my nails eyebrows and asking me were did I go to get them done because they look really pretty and nice. I say Nail Studio ask for Jessica when it comes to nails and eyebrow waxing Jessica is the one. I will never go to anyone else but Jessica. I ended up there by chance because I needed a quick emergency fix and this was the nearest salon and I was very impressed. It’s large, looks clean. Has nice, new furniture and equipment. My tech was skilled and did exactly what i asked even though it was somewhat unusual. Good COVID precautions (only using every other pedi chair, plexiglass dividers in front of and beside each station, etc. Best part was the pricing, which is the lowest I’ve seen in Baltimore. Would visit again for sure!

By far the worst business I’ve ever experienced. I was man handled, yell at and so much more. They definitely have issues with respect. The lady in the front apologized and tried to fix what happened. But the damage was done. I was in such shock I could not even respond. I thought the guy was going to attack me. Just because I said I could see the nail polish that I came in with under my French manicure. He went off and cut all the nails off he got up and started throwing things and yelling. I just sat there because it was pretty scary. I definitely was put off giving my money to another nail salon when my natural nails are very healthy.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality4.5 out of 5. I went pretty early around 10, was worked on right away and got a full set and waxed brows. My eyebrows look so good! The nails could be a little cleaner but i’m still pleased. Definitely will be going back.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I was going out of town and decided to stop here instead of my usual nail shop. BIG MISTAKE!!! The nail tech was so rude, extra fees were added without mention and the tech didn’t even thank me for my tip. Then the next day I had to return to have my nails redone due to air bubbles under the gel polish. The nail tech was even ruder and yelled at me for accidentally smudging my nail. I will never set foot in this low class and hostile establishment ever again.

I went to get a fill in on Thursday, by Saturday 2 nails broke and gel polish was chipping & the nail tech didn’t file my nails right around my cuticle! I’ve been getting my nails done for years (not by them) but I know how a nice, neat, filled nails are supposed to look. I went back and they fixed the 2 nails no charge & shaped my nails how they were supposed to be, but w my nail polish still on my other 8 nails. This is my second time there, was rushing needed someone to go. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN & I don’t recommend anyone to go either.
