Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe older Elderly worker very rude and did not know how to do acrylic nails on my feet. They were different sizes going different directions. She argued and man handled my foot when I tried to show her and explain that the toe nails were not done evenly and she could stop and she made a loud sound with an angry tone and pushed my foot off the tub to move. The owner came and asked me if I wanted her to fix it and I said yes I came once before I was happy with the service and results but this time I have to put them on blast for not being professional and respectful to the customers request. No tip will be given and I will definitely take my money elsewhere. The older Elderly worker very rude and did not know how to do acrylic nails on my feet. They were different sizes going different directions. She argued and man handled my foot when I tried to show her and explain that the toe nails were not done evenly and she could stop and she made a loud sound with an angry tone and pushed my foot off the tub to move. I have been coming to this salon for years and i had never once left without being in love with my nails. The ladies in there are great and always treat me like i am at home. They always keep up with the latest styles and can always do whatever design i ask for. People usually complain about the pricing which no you obviously can’t get something dramatic and only expect to pay $20. Frankly if you have to sit here and complain about pricing then maybe you shouldn’t be getting your nails done in the first place. Their products are always of great quality and my nails always look completely the same from the day i get them done to the day i come back in 2-3 weeks for my fill. i would never trade up my nail tech for anyone. From all the compliments that i get on my nails i always tell them where i go, i would recommend this place to anyone.

I would never go back here again. There’s an older lady there that’s mean as hell. I got a gel manicure that chipped 2 and a half days later. I had to put nail glue on it to hold it down. Most of their polish is a cheap off brand. The lady that did my pedicure rushed through it. While I was there, another lady came in to complain about 2 of her nails being chipped after getting her nails done the day before. Overall, it just wasn’t worth it. 2 of my nails chipped within a week.

They had to sign up that says that you get 3% off if you pay with cash so when it came time for me to pay I pointed it out to her and she said no it says if you pay with a credit card I said no it says if you pay with cash I can read very well…. so make a long story short I tried to take a picture of the sign and she started ripping down all the signs and throwing them in the garbage jumping in front of my camera and everything it was a performance out of this world…lol.. I would never ever go there again

Went there a week ago and I’m missing 2 nails on my hands, I didn’t hit my hands nor I do heavy work with my hands, and they didn’t last long, I paid 85$ for something that didn’t last. Waste of money, I could get someone cheaper and better quality than this, I wanted to try a new place but I don’t recommend it, over price and doesn’t last long.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to, great staff, and also great music to listen to while your getting a pedicure or a manicure. So many color choices you can pick from. They never let me down on painting nails. They always did a great job. Just phenomenal! I really recommend this Nail Salon.

I started getting my nails done here about a year ago and I haven’t looked back since then! I’m very picky about the shape of my nails as well as how the polish is applied and I never leave here unsatisfied! Nina and nancy are great. The ladies who do feet are also very nice and good too. I would never recommend this place to anyone, going in, the lady that did my nails seem friendly, but did a horrible job! I ask for a acrylic full set, and as she was filing , she cut me a few time, and one of the cuts were very bad, she don’t bother to stop the bleeding or apologize for cutting me. I asked for thin nails, and she did the opposite, she didn’t even take the time to make them even, and as I ask for them to be thinner she just filed them a bit and didn’t ask me if they were okay, and just put oil on them and went straight to the register, I left unsatisfied with uneven nails and a painful cut, the price was low, so I guess I got my money’s worth, because I got a low quality job done, I should have known what I got myself into because the place didn’t not look clean or sanitary.

I’m literally sitting in this chair for the THIRD TIME in two days fixing a gel manicure I got here! The lady doing my nails, although she doesn’t speak much English is really nice and I don’t really blame her. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and instead of them training her and making sure she can do the job, she’s getting her practice on at the expense of me sitting here for a 3rd time. It’s unfair. The woman in the first chair who I’m guessing is the owner is rude and disrespectful. She makes no eye contact when she speaks, is mad rude when she does open her mouth and is insanely unprofessional. She really made me want to come out of character today and curse her out but were would that leave me? With my nails still jacked up and being kicked out. They are buzzing gel polish off my nails, not even soaking them. I’m too thru. The only reason I came back is that I paid $30 to get my damn nails painted and refuse to to not Chuck it up as a loss. This is the first and last time I will ever come here. Please save your money and give it to nail techs and a business that will respect you and get your money Worth. They’re horrible here!

Always over charges and I never have a problem with paying, however I am a long time customer who was treated unfairly because I went to a different nail tech because I was out of town on vacation and when I came back and tried to make an appointment was lied to and told that she no longer does acrylic only gel starting at $60 a set, which is outrageous!!! because she’s becoming allergic to acrylic, which I know is a lie because my friends and co/workers still go other for acrylic nails, and the bad part is I’m the one who got my friends to start going there in the first place!! Grrrrrr soo unprofessional!!! What a way to treat a long time customer!!! Nail tech Nina this place should be closed down!! Bad customer service and no respect for long time customers that over pay!!! And tip good!! Boycott‼️‼️‼️
