I got my nails done here last week. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, and I was able to schedule via the chat feature on Google which made it additionally convenient. When I arrived, the two people working were very kind, and I will definitely need to lock down their names next time I go! The gentleman that did my manicure tended to my cuticles and nails carefully (and as someone with a bad habit of biting my nails/cuticles, I really credit anyone that can help me tidy that mess). Great job with the gel, not a flaw in site, and it’s lasting perfectly well. Price was very reasonable—especially given the quality of the experience. I look forward to making this my regular stop moving forward! Highly recommend

I went in for a trim and fill in for gel nails and the young man that did the cut down and fill did an amazing job! They look like my natural nails. The young lady finished the French tips and I am very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them to friend and will go back myself. Very pleased! Gel manicures

I’m new to Virginia and Came to this salon on Sep 3rd for a first time pedicure in the state. I came with my daughter and sister and all three of us got pedicures. Things were going pretty good until a roach fell from the ceiling on to my sisters leg and went in the rips into her pants. The woman doing her nails laughed it off and tried to continue painting My sister was uneasy and traumatized and was ready to go. I also noticed a couple dead roaches in the pedicure area after the situation. THATS Disgusting! Won’t ever be back.

I was extremely impressed by the service and the customer care I received. The young man and the young lady work together and took their time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and was very clear about the price beforehand. And we enjoyed nice conversation as they were working. I completely recommend this place anybody who wants a great job at a wonderful price.

Great service. Thai (male) made my nails and it took him about 30 minutes and still where able to tread my hands gently. I showed him a picture of the nails that I want and this is exactly what I got from him. They do not make appointments, just walk in and get yourself some nice nails.

The nail lady was nice enough and did ok on my toes but my nails are a different story. If I woulda had time I would of had her remove the polish. It isn’t smooth, the didn’t cut my cuticles, and my finger tips have polish all over them. Definitely won’t be going back there. They also don’t open new packs of tools when a different person comes in. All tools are cleaned and reused. The only thing I thought was good was that when there were multiple people waiting I didn’t feel rushed. Unfortunately that does not make up for the bad gel nail job that was done.

You know the service wasn’t bad at all. The guy who did my nails was young & was able to hold a conversation with me. My nails looked okay but I do believe the shaping of the nails could be a bit cleaner. The only real recommendation I have is that I didn’t like how the technician OFFERED to put a snowflake on my nail, and then told me I had to pay $3 AFTER the facts. It is just $3 & the nice person I am I just paid it. Idk what type of sales tactic that is. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I know how nail salon etiquette works. It’s a difference between selling someone a product then offering someone a product to try lol. I would rather him said, would you like a snowflake which is only $3 each on nail instead of offering like he’s doing me a free favor but I’m actually paying for it once it’s done. That of my only thing. I think they should not or he should not do that. Other then that it is clean, it is ran by new fresh faces which is nice to see, and most of them are pretty good at doing nails and pedicures. That’s just my only feedback, take care.
