Never coming back. Made an appointment for 2 people for manicure and pedicure for Sunday. Came in on time and there was just one lady and two clients she was doing at the same time..going back and forth. She sat us down at the pedicure area and told us to wait. Waited 30 min for someone else to start us both. They started my sister first and then used the same tools on me without cleaning them first even tho it was my sister I dont find that sanitary at all. And fhen found out she didn’t know how to paint nails so we had to wait 1 hour for that one lady to come and finish our nails and asked us to come the next day to do our acrylic nails because she won’t have time. Bad experience. Our nail design was not even what we asked. I asked for white nails with one painted flower and she just put a flower sticker on it and it was a flower with pink in it. For that I could’ve just done it myself.

Never again. ZERO STARS The owner Linda, is the worst owner. She started my pedicure and told me she had to stop for an appointment. Not before you finish me. Unbelievable Don’t go there. No loyalty…. it’s empty but she busy… taking my money elsewhere

Kate is my mail technician she does great work the only issue I gave with her is that she takes appointment only n sometimes it’s difficult to get her n she takes long to respond. Sometimes a That has to change. Also some of the pedicurist are rude especially the woman. They sit you down n you’re waiting s while. They don’t acknowledge their customers. They don’t check on them while waiting. If your waiting they shld speak to the customer n them know the wait n they will be finished shortly. I have seen customers walk out bc of that. Lack of customer service. Some are rude to blacks n Hispanics and they are the ones patronizing the business. This place gives 5 stars when you see their work but customer service is no good. (Sucks).

If I could give a -00 I would. I called today (7/28) to see if they were accepting walk-ins for 2 (fill-in and pedis) the lady said “yea we are” I said “ok I’ll be there in 8mins” (that’s what my gps had) well we walked in 1 customer getting a pedi, another getting her nails done, no one else in there waiting, that should of been a sign. We stood there one lady not working stared at us didn’t say anything…matter of fact none of them

This place is awful! The first woman who started doing my nails left midway to do someone’s pedicure. The second woman just started cutting my nails random sizes, and She seemed so lost in what she was doing. When she went to do my heart design she grabbed a nail brush from another container( that had orange nail paint) and dipped it in the color I wanted. My nails are very big right now and I didn’t even let her finish the hearts I just paid for the white base. Worst place ever do not recommend at all!

First time visiting this establishment. Upon entering, I was met with a frown and grimace. The place was empty, nonetheless, there were 3 nail specialists (for a lack of a better term) available but I was told they were all waiting for a 10 o’clock appointment. It was 9:30 a.m. Needless to say, I took my money elsewhere. It was a win- win for me because I received excellent service for an exceptional price at a more upscale nail salon. I give Nail Studio a negative 1(-1) for having a preconceived opinion that is not based on reason. Your loss.

Kim is the best! I have been doing my nails with her for years! If you want fabulous nails go to her. Show her a picture she can do almost anything! She does eyebrow waxes and pedicures too. Super friendly, amazing job, nothing left to say. 🙂

This is honestly the worst place I’ve ever went. To begin with an acrylic set was overpriced. Secondly, they didn’t have a variety in nail polishes. Then, the lady that did my manicure did not even out my nails properly, way to round to be coffin and my right set was longer then the left set. On top of all that there are lumps on the nails from the different nail polishes. But still, the lady had the nerve to give me attitude. Never again.
