My nails came out beautifully! I was so happy with the service, the woman that did them was incredibly sweet and I’d love to see her in the future! I tried bringing my own polish and it ended up not being exactly the right thing, so the technician grabbed a similar color from their collection and redid them. The pricing was fair and the wait was reasonable. Will definitely return.

I’ve been going to Holly and her sister Selena for years and they always do a wonderful job. They’re extremely personable and take the time to get to know their clients making sure their needs are met every time. Aside from those two, everyone there is extremely nice and greets you accordingly and if your nail tech is not available others are willing to try to do what you like. Almost every time I’ve gone I leave a happy and satisfied client. Thank you Holly!

Critical: QualityI came in for a pedicure initially. Then I unfortunately decided to get a gel manicure. The pedicure was okay the lady was nice but did not shape my toes evenly, which is a pet peeve of mine. This was my first time getting a gel manicure and the experience was extremely lack luster. My cuticles weren’t cleaned properly during the manicure and one of my nails have a bubble in the gel. I don’t know what was up with this Mimi’s eyes but I had to tell her while still in the process that the nails were filed crooked. When she was filing my nails she nicked my cuticles several times. My total price came out to $100 which is ridiculous because the lack of experience shows. This was one of my worst nail sets ever. I was very dissapointed and upon further inspection a lot of the nails she installed on me don’t even cover my entire nail and I just got them installed yesterday and they already look old like their gonna lift. Below I added pics of expectation vs. reality. I didn’t expect my nails to look exactly like the inspo pic but this was no where close. My tech was so inattentive and worried about talking to her friends. I had to file my nails at home to even them out because they were supposed to be an almond shape but they were so uneven and jagged. I didn’t mind that the color was off either. But the glitter ombre was terrible. You can’t apply a glob of glitter and expect to be able to feather it out and look good. My gel was extremely uneven and lumpy. She asked if there’s anything that needed to be fixed because she didn’t want me to come back in to complain, so I called instead. The lack of care is so disappointing and I also won’t be returning because this salon is extremely unsanitary. The techs all crowd in the door of the backroom and stare at you while eating their lunch. Not very relaxing at all.

This place is normally very busy on the weekends so it’s best to come early or make an appointment before hand. My wait time for a full set was 25-30 minutes without an appointment which wasn’t bad considering I went shopping while I waited. I think a woman named Sara did my nails and they came out very beautiful. Absolutely obsessed with them! Everyone there is very nice even if the place is hectic with so many customers. My go to place if I’m at the mall and need my nails or eyebrows done.

There, they have very few people that take their time and do the nails properly. If you have to go here, let this location be a last resort. But if you do want to go, be sure you did research on who to go to.
