I tried this place for the first time and it was very disappointing. The manicurist applied the nail polish very unevenly and so the surface is bumpy. She didn’t seal off the tops so it has chipped after one day. Rather than wipe off the excess polish that got on my cuticles, she cut them off and cut very deeply into the nail bed. When I cried out in pain, she didn’t seem all that bothered. I went back to show her that the polish was uneven, and she said that my nails are just bumpy like that. I’ve gotten many gel manicures and have never had a problem with a bumpy surface.

I love this place. It’s a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. I often feel rushed and hurried at other salons, but never here. The owner is very personable and all the technicians are great. I always leave happy and my nails look great. I highly recommend Nail Story Spa.

I love Nail Story Spa. I have been gong for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. Everyone who works there is extremely professional and friendly. Jason does my nails (I have LCN UV Gel Tips) and always does an excellent job. I love the pedicures too!!!!!

Great place clean and good parking. Excellent nail salon but also offers waxing and eyebrow shaping. Clean treatment rooms. Excellent nail care. My nails always look great.

This place is truely wonderful! Everyone is so nice and there are so many colors to choose from. The only thing that is not so good is the massages they give. They go a bit to hard while giving you a massage. But other than that, it is truly a great place to go and get a nice manicure/ pedicure.

I wasn’t thrilled with my experience here. There was nothing to make this salon stand out compared to all of the others in the area with comparable prices. Since doing my own nails isn’t hard going to get them done is more for the pampering which was definitely scarce.

This salon is clean and use most high quality products and color gels stay very well without chipping. I come every 2-3wks for my color gel manicure because my nails grow out not because it is chipped.
