This place used to be so nice when it first opened up, now they over book and are difficult to get an appointment with. The lady who did my dip cut my skin around my cuticles on three nails and then My dip cracked on two nails after a week which is unheard of in the dip world.when I went back to get it fixed they told me they didn’t have time bc there was one girl doing the dips. Definitely not worth your money or time. Bad customer service

You can walk in if they aren’t busy, but I would recommend that you call to make an appointment. I went to Nail Story on the recommendation of a friend, she said they are pricey so you decide. I have decided and I think this is the best nail salon I have been too. The services are more expensive than most salons but it is worth it. They are busy all the time, so an appointment is needed. I have always been seen on time and have not been rushed.

I love getting my toes done here but they always act busy even if no customers are present. They never pick up the phone and you have to walk in most times just to schedule an appointment. They don’t take walkins often. Essie Long Lasting polish is legit, try it!

They did a great job with my nails but the prices are a little much and to be sincere don’t mind paying it for the great service but when decided to give a tip a little lower the 30% because did not expect to pay 150 in services which the next time I returned would have payed 30% because I would have been more prepared well what has made me make the decision of not recommending this place or ever coming back was when the lady said you have to pay 30% tip!! And I told her well I was not expecting to pay this amount I can only give this amount of tip this time she had the audacity to tell me that is discriminative and that these girls work hard!!! How dare you call me discriminative when a tip has nothing to do with that! I found it so racist being latina it made me feel so uncomfortable! Do not go here!!!

I went for the first time recently and loved it! Sammie gave me an amazing pedicure and a foot massage with hot stones that almost put me to sleep. She also threw in a back massage. It was so relaxing, clean, and everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend! Back massages, Pedicure, Foot massages
