Aside from nails, I also used to get my hair done there. Betty, the hair colorist, was competent kind hard working and offered VERY reasonable prices. The salon owner had many arguments in front of me with Betty making me and other customers pay Betty’s tips directly to the salon instead of her so they can keep a % of it. I refused each time. The staff who works with nails are kind people who do great work but also all tips they get are paid to the salon. Sad to see business owners behaving in such shameful, petty, and ilegal way!!

5++ stars wow!!! Booked a Pedi for Four and they worked us all in on the same day/time with only a few hours notice. The staff is amazing and they really took their time felt more like a spa day. We’ll be back.

WORST salon I have ever been to in my life! jonh (I think he is the owner) is SOOOO rude to ALL customers, so disrespectful, treating others like TRASH. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! This is not – NEARLY – the way a customer should be treated. The nails are very beautiful, but it’s not worth coming here and being disrespected! Oh my god… SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Sophia Nails is amazing!!! This is the second time we have been in Miami and made Sophia Nails one of our first stops. We got the gelly spa and volcano pedicure! I used to be satisfied with their work until I received an unprofessional action from the guy who did always my nails. The reason was because they didn’t have the color nor how to do the design I wanted. The guy through me the color plate and started speaking in his language. I found this very unacceptable!!!!!!. I understand they are busy but instead of helping me to find another color, he started yellowing on me to find my color.
