Critical: QualityTook 3 hours to get serviced. Had my hands soaking off for about 2 hours while she did another set of acrylics for a girl that came in well after me. Rushed my nails and now they’re already chipped. I don’t mind the wait or price as long as they last but clearly they didn’t. Really disappointedService: Gel manicures

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe guy who did my nails kept falling asleep and then forgot what he had done or what nail he was on. He was eating the whole time! Then I asked about ombré ( when I first got there) when I sat down and showed them both the picture! I did not get anything I asked for and 1/2 day later they were chipping even though I got gel polish! I’ve gotten my nails done 20+ years and have never been so disappointed!! The guy who did my nails kept falling asleep and then forgot what he had done or what nail he was on. He was eating the whole time! Then I asked about ombré ( when I first got there) when I sat down and showed them both the picture! I’m the kind of person I don’t say much but I’ve only been there twice and the first time I got my nails done they came out chunky.This time I couldn’t find my card and my husband was literally outside the door and I asked to go get his card and the lady had the audacity to say “I get take your phone” the only reason I went back was because it’s the only place that is open late. The guy that did my nails did not smooth out my nails at all. If you do not know what color you are looking for they won’t help you.
