Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I went in and I asked for lola on the phone because my friend recommended her and I got another lady (dont want her to lose her job so I will not say her name) and this women made my nails completely uneven and bleed, not to mention she grabbed the sand thing to file my nails and let another lady use it, then proceeded to use the same one on me agian. So I went in and I asked for lola on the phone because my friend recommended her and I got another lady (dont want her to lose her job so I will not say her name) and this women made my nails completely uneven and bleed, not to mention she grabbed the sand thing to file my nails and let another lady use it, then proceeded to use the same one on me agian. Critical: QualityI honestly wanted to hold out on this review because I’ve been to worse but I’ve got a lot to complain about. First off, acrylics done in under an hour is already a no, they are lopsided and uneven. Secondly, I’ve had these for less then a week and one has already broke off. Lastly, i went home and repainted because she agreed on a matte topping then turned around and “recommended” glossy. I honestly wanted to hold out on this review because I’ve been to worse but I’ve got a lot to complain about. First off, acrylics done in under an hour is already a no, they are lopsided and uneven. Secondly, I’ve had these for less then a week and one has already broke off. Lastly, i went home and repainted because she agreed on a matte topping then turned around and “recommended” glossy. She asked me if I had been going somewhere else because my nails were so bad, but I told her I had only been going here for the last couples months. I really tried to like this place. They are nice and polite but the quality of their work is terrible. My nails were not straight, were bumpy and my acrylic nails popped off after 1 day. She asked me if I had been going somewhere else because my nails were so bad, but I told her I had only been going here for the last couples months. They are very nice but for the price I expect better work.
