I needed some self care and called this morning to try to get in for nails. Ashley did nail dip with tips, they are beautiful and very well done. The hand scrub they use after service was AMAZING. I can do nails but I’ll definitely be back to have them done again, it was very worth it! Everyone there was very nice and friendly Great place!

Im satisfied with the service I received, however, I made an appointment specifically telling them I was coming on my lunch so only had an hour, they started removing my gel polish after waiting 35 minutes. Needless to say, I spent an hour and a half for a fill, 1 nail replaced, & new polish. No apology, no discount. Definitely wont be making Nail Status my nail place.

Called wanting an appointment for a mani/pedi that day or the next realizing it was last minute and I might not get in. They only had an 11am and 2pm time slot available and I said I could come for my 11am appt and come back for the other service at 2pm being it was last minute and I wanted gel nails/toes done for a weekend trip. Well, I get a call back saying they made some switches and were able to get my mani/pedi done at the same time! I was thrilled with them going above and beyond my expectations! I came in and Reyvyn was my tech. She was polite, pleasant, talkative and respectful. She was thorough but efficient and applied my mani/pedi color perfectly. No awkward gaps in conversation (which is ideal, of course) and we seemed to vibe well. She knew what I wanted without really having to ask me many questions which I appreciated. The best part was her 2 week free repair guarantee. I’ve never experienced that level of confidence in product or skill before which was yet again, impressive. I’m on day 2 with my nails and I did lots of outdoor work yesterday and they’re still absolutely perfect! 10/10 recommend and will be back!

I was a walk in, they got me in almost immediately. But it felt Rushed! And the nails did not come out good enough for how much I paid for it all. It really bothers me when they do not match in length and width. Good service, just wish she had taken her time if they where gonna charge me that much. Manicure
