I haven’t even gotten my nails done yet; I just went in to get dip removed. This nail salon by far has the best atmosphere and people. I have been to nail salons where they cut up my fingers, couldn’t remove dip correctly or completely, and were rude. Everyone was so nice here, especially my nail tech. I think this place will be my new go-to!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI literally had to go somewhere else to fix my nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and asked if they could do it. The female owner stated she could. Right off the bat she was extremely aggressive with the drill and super messy. There was dip powder everywhere. My nails ended up being super uneven and different shapes I had dip all over my hands and I walked out with no nail art and a sloppy top coat. The owner was so rude when I started literally crying because she was doing a horrible job. I literally had to go somewhere else to fix my nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and asked if they could do it. The female owner stated she could. Right off the bat she was extremely aggressive with the drill and super messy. There was dip powder everywhere. This is my second time at this place and I loved it. My technician did her best to communicate, I appreciate that. I love that they speak their language, that’s part of who they are (in response to a review below). I was just getting polish but the lady made sure it was perfect. They even gave a small gift during this Christmas time just for doing my nails there. I will be back!
