What a great new place to get nails done in Siloam! We went on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t too busy and were able to get right in. There were 3 of us together for pedicures, we had went to Onyx previously but they couldn’t get us in at all, they had no availability for the entire day even though we got there right after 1030. So we came here and had a great experience!

I got a manicure here last week & it went awful from start to finish. The nail technician started working on my nails with a used nail file. None of her implements look disinfected. She then cut my cuticles in too deep one of them started bleeding. She seemingly forgot the base & top coat, so I had to remind her before she just painted a coat of color polish.

Paige does mani, pedi, acrylic, fills, dip powder, gel polish, freehand art, eyebrow and facial waxing. Her art is phenomenal and the jewels on my nails lasted almost a month, she is the best nail tech/cosmetologist in NWA area. I highly recommend her, and call for an appt with Paige, she books up quickly!! :)**** Update: 09/10/2020 Paige is now at Splurge Lounge salon in Fayetteville. My first visit was alright, the girl who did my nails seemed like she just wanted to get it done and over with, she got way too close to my cuticles with the drill and drew blood and went far too deep in my nail beds. The acrylics were too thick and not shaped right. I got them fixed by a manager the next day but now my nails are off and my nail beds are so messed up and painful it’s not even funny. I’ll go back but I’ll definitely be careful with who I get next time

Due to a cancellation I got my nails done too. The ladies were so nice and did an amazing job with the girls. My nails turned out perfect. Big thanks to Haley and the ladies who did the girls’ nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo I originally set up an appointment for a fill with gel and before I got there I had accidentally broke a nail cleaning. When I got to the salon I asked the nail tech if we could just do a new set. The tech told me no so I was like okay it’s fine. Once sitting down, I found out they do not have a royal blue color? so I had to Compromise but whatever. After that the nail tech and me were carrying on a convo and then another tech rudely interrupted me speaking. The worst part is when I went to pay for a FILL with Gel it says $18.00 online. I was charged $40.50. I asked the tech that’s for a fill and she told me yes. I’ve been here plenty of times and have always had a good experience, I am not blaming the girls for the store closing, but I am EXTREMELY UPSET I got my nails done on Saturday and one broke the next day. I took my 2 adult daughters and 2 little granddaughters to get pedicure and nails done. The 3 nail techs we had, Autumn, Abby, and I did not get the other girls name, were absolutely wonderful. They were great with our littles and did a fantastic Jobe on our toes and nails!!! Loved them and our experience.
