This is my second negative encounter with the lady that sits at the front. My first negative encounter was five days ago when I was trying to get a pedicure. I walked in and I asked were they busy and did they have time to take a pedicure right now. Without even looking up at me or even a knowledge in my presence she said “Yeah, We Busy”. Something similar happened today with my second negative encounter with the same lady, I walked in, stood there for about three or four minutes until a lady doing a pedicure acknowledge me, she was very pleasant. Once that particular lady IN THE BACK OF THR SHOP acknowledged me the lady at the front spoke in her language and say something to the lady that was nice enough to greet me. THE LADY IM YHR BACK DROPPED head and continued on with her pedicure. After about a minute, I finally said to the lady at the front can you help me? Looking at me like I was just completely bothering her day, she asked me what I needed. They might do great work, I can only speak for my multiple experiences. Customer service isn’t good.
