I haven’t been here in a while bc the wait time is ridiculous. They do an amazing job but to sit and wait for 1.5hr is not acceptable when you were there when they open with 4 others. All I needed was a fill in. Will not be going back.

Found this nail salon while looking for a safe place because of Covid. So glad I went there. They followed every safety protocol. Only appointments, sanitizing, temperature checks, plexiglass at nail stations, and masks are a must. I had a pedicure and manicure. They did a great job while making me feel comfortable and safe. Critical: PunctualityI’ve always used this nail salon each time I decide to get my nails done, but when you make an appointment you expect to be seen at or close to your appointment time. I waited for over an hour and a half without any acknowledgment I was there then one of the nail techs came and got another lady that came in almost an hr after me to do her pedicure. I finally just walked out because I have other things to do then sit in a nail salon and be ignored while their usual regulars get to skip the line and appointment book. I’ve always used this nail salon each time I decide to get my nails done, but when you make an appointment you expect to be seen at or close to your appointment time. The owner was a very rude and hateful man! There is a way to talk to people and then there is a way you should not talk to people. I am a manager at a store and never in my life would I ever be hateful to anyone. I’ll just take my business else were next time!!
