My mom and I came in less than an hour before closing. They made you sanitize your hands and wear a mask. All of the techs were wearing masks as well. We both had a very pleasant visit, and everyone was super friendly. I felt very safe and everything was clean and fresh. My tech was super fast and my nails look amazing. I’ll definitely return!!

My daughter and I went in yesterday to get our nails done. Mine are amazing. I was so so happy with them. My daughter is a different story. Her nails are standing and a very bad angle. The design was good but the placement is horrible. I didn’t realize how bad it was until this morning. I think the guy doing them isn’t as practiced as the wonderful lady doing mine.

Mike gave me an AMAZING gel pedicure!! OH MY GOODNESS! He helped me picked my gel polish, which is beautiful; he gave me a relaxing and soothing foot and leg massage; and I love his mannerisms and conversations! This is where I typically go for my pedicures. Every time I called they pick up the phone then hung up. I called again and was told that they were starting to get more open availabilities and the time I should be there is okay. When I got there, no one greeted me, figured out why I was there, what I wanted I was there for almost 20 minutes with no interaction aside from random workers staring at me. They did greet the family before me though. They always pick and choose who to greet and treats nicely. I refuse to give my money to a business with this poor customer service.

The first time I went Ruby did a great job. The second time I went Ruby did horrible she is so aggressive and so rough on your hands! my cuticles are so sore and bloody .My fingers are so sore and so sensitive! She also has a nasty attitude. She rushes and leaves your fingers looking a mess. I was disappointed because I thought I found someone who does a good job now I’m on the hunt to continue to look for a good nail artist in Shelby County!

I brought my daughter here as a birthday gift yesterday. She got her first mani/pedi here and we were both very pleased with the gentleman who performed both of the services. He was very nice as well as seemed very knowledgeable about each step and was extremely patient with my daughter due to her anxiousness over having a mani/pedi done for the first time. Check your bank statements! Charged me twice and for 2 different amounts AND 2nd charge was after Publix vist/charge so was obviously on purpose. My bank will take care of this as life is too short to argue with a dishonest business. NEVER AGAIN! Gel manicures
